east to hold
Im a dog groomer. it's light weight and easy to hold. I really like the battery life gadget so I know when I need to plug it in before it dies on the job

It’s good but I wish it had more drill bits.
It’s not meant for any heavy duty things so this is perfect for my needs. I sanded and etched some hand made pottery, I can sand the bottom if they come out rough because the clay I used is gritty and it scratches the wood of tables so I sanded those down, it also helped to etch some designs if the clay got too dry before the first firing. It can also be used to etch off glaze and make intricate designs. I hope it’s not hard to get replacement bits and more sandpaper.

High-quality device
A little more expensive than the alternatives, but the quality of this device is well worth the price. Also, the size and weight is perfect in my view, whereas many cheaper alternatives on their product images look much too large to allow for easy handling. I am happy with this purchase.

Lots of power
Works great; battery has lots of power to last; and great torque as well; if it bogged down, I just raised the speed to the next level and it was good. Replaced my cordless Dremel tool which I liked, but this has 2-3 times more torque and battery power.

Unreliable Battery
The battery does not hold a charge. When we plug it in to charge, it will display as charging and not indicate that the battery is full. After 24 hours, we tried to turn it on, but there was nothing. Plug it in again, and charging displays charging for many more hours. We have repeated this process repeatedly, and if it turns on, we may get a few minutes out of it. We tried to contact support, but Greenworks said they don't have Powerworks anymore. Tried to contact Powerworks but have yet to hear back. Do NOT purchase.

Great starter for small minor jobs
Not a bad little device to have in your tool kit. Nice size, easy to handle, good battery life, 6 speeds are available and works with 1/8 and 1/4 shank collets. What I didn't like... Using a 2" fine buffing pad with 1/4" shank, it vibrated horribly and kept repeatedly stopping using very lite pressure. After a few minutes the device became very hot to hold and thought I might have been covering the breathing holes with my hand, which made it awkward to use, having to constantly check to make sure I wasn't covering the cooling ports. All I was trying to do was remove lite surface rust from a pair of garden sheer blades. Also don't like that it always starts at the level 3 speed instead of 1st gear, so constantly have to go thru the speeds to get back to 1. I think gears 4,5 and 6 are overkill because most work can be completed using 1-3. Not to mention the horrendous vibration at the higher gears. It does make an awful grinding noise whenever you shut it off, but on 1st speed you can stop it with your finger tips easily and then shut the manual switch off, to avoid that grinding noise. Also plugging in the USB cord will instantly shut it off too and save on the mechanical parts wearing. I also wish there was an extension cable made to attach. The 1/4" shank dremel extension works, but you have to place the device in something to hold it stationary, like a small table vice, being careful not to cover the cooling ports. I'm gonna design a specific weighted box just for that purpose. Oh and the light is ok, doesn't light the work area as well as you'd expect. Other than that I'd say its a great starter kit for the price, for new users and light crafts. Cuts right thru plastic and soft wood like butter. I'm sure I'll get much use out of this till it breaks, then I'll go for an upgrade, but for now it does the job.

Quiet, and lightweight
Great choice for my little projects. I like it's lightweight maneuverability. Insert my smiley face here. 😁
