Good Laptop but..
The laptop itself came in perfect condition. However, it appears to have been opened and used previously. There were a couple of fingerprints on the outside and upon finishing the windows set up I surprisingly found some pirated games installed on the D drive along with a few other files. I was able to reset the laptop and delete all the files as well as clean the laptop from the outside and there are no other issues with the laptop. However, if I'm paying for a brand new item I expect to receive a brand new item. Not an opened and used item. I eventually decided to return it and look for an actually new laptop.
