This back pack is the perfect size for my needs and could be a great product with a few tweaks. You can side mount a 58cm tripod, it's deep enough to get a chunky Sigma 14mm lens in upright and feels really well made - there's just one problem that makes it basically unusable....You cannot lay the pack down and flap open the back because the zipper is too short. You have to hold the back flap open at all times, which only leaves one hand to organise and remove your gear. Doing this means there is a lot of strain on the zipper too, as you have to force it open enough to get inside. In addition the shoulder straps get in the way, so it's a real struggle to get anything in and out of the back. As a night / astro photographer, I need a pack that you can open up and have easy access to all the gear in the dark.Really disappointing as everything else about it seems well designed and solid.Returned to Amazon without issue.

A large backpack, lots of space, the orange lining is a great idea, the only disappointing and annoying thing is when opening the large back flap, the straps get in the way

I bought this to take on safari when I go to Kenya next month and the bag allows you to take out a camera from the top and also to store very securely other lenses. I haven't used it yet but I have tried out various lenses in the bag and it holds my 150-600 lens perfectly and this is a big lens. I would recommend the bag and seller as it came very quickly.

Wow, this bag is just excellent. You can get a lot of gear into this. And fully loaded it still feels fine to work around with.Would highly recommend.
