The exercise It Does
It was such a good exercise and I lost 25 pounds from doing it 3 times a day in 3 months and 1/2

Low quality, doesn't work
The item does not work well after 1-2 hits. Flimsy and can tell it will fail soon. I returned in less than a week.

GREAT FOR THROWING A BALL AROUND
So we don’t play tennis at all, but I got this for our son to try to work on his ball catching and hitting skills at home. And it works great for that, we have a huge backyard so before we were just chasing balls around everywhere but now it’s attached to a string so we can practice without having to worry about that. He really has been having fun with it and I expect it to be used for years to come. We filled it with water, and it isn’t quite heavy enough. Also I think I screwed the lid on too tight because the lid has a slight crack around the rim now, but it still holds the water fine. I’m thinking that sand might be a better option for weight.

Eh, not great
This was a gift for my son, 9, and it just wasn't great. The sting can come untied from the device or ball, and that's an obvious problem. Worse, it is very very hard to actually use this the way you expect, we basically cannot get it to work more than one or two cycles. We are not tennis experts, but this was a lot less fun than we expected.

It doesn't work
If you wanna practice tennis this is not the right tool. You cannot hit the ball because when it bounces back it comes back too low. It doesn't work at all like in the video.
