It does a better job than my old filter at keeping the water clear, but it seems to benefit from weekly cleanings.

Dealing with leaking issues
The backwash selector is very hard to turn and leaks, hard to get hoses to not leak either. Contacted seller but still waiting for them to get back to me. Been a few days no word, but sending me a bunch of adds for their products, ugh. Seller responded and sent me a new replacement.The Uv does work well.

Poor vender support
I purchased this filter June of 2024. It was disconnected for the winter and stored inside.Since using it this spring, the uv light burned out and was corroded making it impossible to replace. I am not getting much help from the seller

Love not having to lay on your stomach and reach in the fish pond to clean the filter.

Waste of Money
Sadly, this did not work not even at 1%. I didn’t know we only had a month to return it and I was a week too late. I wish it did its job in filtering the water. Disappointing. If you give it a try pay attention to the return time.
