Easy and quick to swap weight levels, robust and well made. With this style there is a a very slight swing in the weight as it centres itself (the weights are slightly asymmetrical).

I live in a small flat and wanted a space saving barbell set. These are perfect. They fit between 2 chairs and there is no messing about changing weight.The caddy is plastic but quite strong and the weights are metal with a comfortable plastic grip.It is so easy to change weight for doing different exercises. There is a handy workout chart which highlights the muscle groups each exercise does. I wish I could have 2 sets but this one will do the job.Highly recommend these over the cheaper versions.

First off the fast change of these type of adjustable dumbbells is great. I probably wouldn't have bought them for full price and thought long about it even at reduced price. But they've been an asset for training. Holder seems decently strong. The spin lock/unlock handle works well. The range of weight options is fine.Only issues I've found are that it can be hard to line them back up into the slots when you've removed some. Still a lot faster than a conventional adjustable dumbbell but can need a bit of shuffling in the holder.And the other is that because of the design, where there is a slot missing from the top of the weights (in the holder position), what I've found is in some positions, e.g. lying down with them raised, they want to rotate in the hands so the fuller side is hanging down. Definitely seems to be linked to that design but it's not a massive issue. Enough to drop a star.

I’m very happy with this purchase. The dumbbells are solidly built, and the weight adjustment mechanism works quickly and smoothly. They save a lot of space, and home workouts have become more convenient and effective. A perfect solution for anyone looking for functional equipment. Highly recommend!

As a forma qualified personal trainer many years ago decided to order these after having to put my gym membership on hold due to severe Cluster headaches, finally after treatment able to start getting back to training thankfully. Did some research on the various options plus having spoken to my Brother who had bought a set of the Bowflex equivalent had massive quality issues with them breaking plus the worst customer service. Only needed a medium set as I plan to go back to serious training within 2 months but lost over 14lbs so just wanted to start basic exercises. Have to say as a ex engineer these are not only very well made but the adjustment is very well designed and just as important feels very solid and doesn’t rattle at all. For the money I think these are a steal compared to others on the market.

Easy to switch between weights and a great space saver for a small home gym.The handles/grips are really comfortable. They rattle a bit when you chuck them around, but not too bad really.

I bought these weights for some home workouts in order to build myself up before needing to get a gym membership.Unfortunately, after just a few months of use, one of the dumbbells' plates has come loose and will fall out mid-exercise. Whilst a single plate weighs only 1.25kg, it can certainly cause some serious damage if dropped on your face or foot, forcing me to retire it from use. Whilst one dumbbell does seem to still work, there are fewer exercises I can perform with just one of these, and I'm very worried about what will happen when this one decides to give out too.The plates are also not uniform, forcing you to rotate the dumbbells until their centre of mass is as low as possible before exercise as they will try to rotate themselves throughout a lift.
