My body has been through a lot. My 2 biggest incidents were getting ejected from a car at 80 mph and falling off of a 2 story roof. Even years later, I'm still feeling pain. My back and neck are still in rough shape. I am always trying new products like this looking for relief. Most of them are gimmicky, but I actually like this unit. I like that it's powered by a regular USB port. It has an inline controller to switch the heat and timer settings. The shape of this relaxer perfectly aligns with my head, neck, and shoulders. The heat feels nice and loosens up my upper trapezius muscles. I didn't really like how stiff this pillow was until I used it to adjust my neck. I put my hands on my jaw and pushed up. I got a huge crack. I don't know if cracking my neck is bad for my body, but it felt amazing and gave me huge relief. If this unit was too soft, I wouldn't have been able to crack it. The cable is a few feet long, so you do need to be by a USB outlet. If you have a power bank, then you can use this pretty much anywhere.

This item did not have written instructions, and the two control buttons are too small to understand what each button does. The neck rest is very hard and I don’t know if I get the best results because of the inability to control the heat.

I have been very impressed with this neck & shoulder relaxer. I have always held stress in my neck and shoulders and I actually started going to the chiropractor to help relieve some of the pain and tension there which has helped. I was excited to try this neck and shoulder relaxer out to see if it would relieve some tension as well as help increase the time between chiropractor visits. At first, I didn't think the neck relaxer was doing much for me, it felt good but I didn't feel major relief. However, I used this again after a sleepless night when I had a major tension headache. I laid on this neck relaxer for over an hour and it felt amazing! My tension headache started to go away and my neck and shoulders felt amazing. I now try to use this a couple of times a week to help keep my neck and shoulders relaxed. I notice the most benefits when I lay on the neck relaxer for 30-60 minutes. I especially like the heated function which really helps to relax those neck and shoulder muscles even more.

I thought this might be my ticket for getting rid of my neck pain. I have had neck problems for years but I was disappointed in this item. It hurts my neck when I use it, and I just can not get comfortable with it. It just does not fit my neck. I have tried it for three days, but to no avail. A lot of the problem could be me, because of the issues i have with not being able to lay flat on my back. Sorry, but it just doesn't work for me.

Product stoppted heating up after a week. I threw box away so I can’t return.

After just a few uses, I can tell that I am standing taller and even breathing better, and in exercise classes my neck has had a greater range of motion than before. That’s enough to make me want to include this in my day at least a few times a week! This can be plugged in to any USB port (I happen to have a power strip that has both regular outlets and USB ports, so that worked great), but that’s really only if you need the heat option. You’ll still get the benefits of the traction by simply laying on the device and relaxing for 5 to 10 minutes a day. There is a tiny controller on the cord that is hard to decipher. I had to take a photo to get a closer look, but having this detailed in the instruction manual would be valuable. I prefer to use it without heat so I'll figure that out later if I decide I want the heated option.

This cervical traction pillow is a great tool to have if you suffer from shoulder/neck/head tension. It is made of a foam that makes it quite comfortable to lay on. There are 6 pressure point nodes that help relive tension and relax your muscles. It can be used in forward or rear facing position to get a different effect from the nodes depending on your needs. The thing I love most is that this has 3 heat settings that work quite well in adding to the relaxation. It does not include a wall adapter but the cord is quite long and it plugs into any USB port. Now this is something that you only want to use for 10-15 minutes a day to relieve tension and improve posture. The price point for this product is more than fair given the capabilities and quality. Overall, this is truly an awesome traction pillow that can help reduce stress and pain in the body as well as improve the alignment of your neck. Would recommend.
