Varroa Mite Counting Board for Monitoring Mite Drop or Closing Off Screened Bottom Board (4-Pack) (10-Frame)

Didn’t fit my 10 frame, I had to cut it down to size.

These are heavy duty boards and you'll get a lot of uses out of them. But I got the 10 frame size and the don't fit I had to cut them to use. Would I buy again yes. Now I carry ✂️ in my hive tool bag.

Advertised that it's for a standard 10 frame box, but it's too wide, will have to cut down to fit my screen board slot. Also not "sticky" - was expecting something like contact paper with a peel back film and a tacky board. It is just a printed, sturdy cardboard that advises adding oil to create stickiness. I'll still use them, but not what I was expecting from the description or price point.

This board is not sticky at all. It’s just a printed board. I thought there must have been a mistake so I contacted the seller. They said it is used for other things other than mites and that no other company manufactures boards that are actually sticky. This isn’t true as I have purchased some in the past with peel off film. They told me to add oil to the surface which still doesn’t make it sticky at all. Some people might end up using the board for other purposes but that is irrelevant since the main purpose of this product (obvious by the printed image) is for counting mites that get stuck to it.The boards are also too large to fit my 10 frame so now they’re just laying around.
