The media could not be loaded.  I got the 12inch thickness bed. It was easy to set up, just unravel the box and let it sit for 72 hours. It's well worth the wait. My last bed curved when I laid on it. But this is nice and firm, but still has the perfect amount of cushion. I didn't get any type of smell from the mattress and feels really sturdy, the grip at the bottom keeps it from moving. Opening the box was a little surprising, quickly expanding and busting out of the box, so make sure you got an open area.

I wasn’t expecting too much, as the price was under $300, for a king. Our last matress, a Serta, was almost $1,100 and that was eight years ago. Well, I was quite impressed once it was opened and expanded. It was described as medium firmness and I have to say it is about as perfect a medium as I could want. In my opinion. It looks like a quality mattress. Doesn’t look cheap or low quality at all. We are on on second night and we are very pleased with it. We both agree it is very comfortable and we are sleeping very well. As far as durability, we’ll only time will tell but at this price, if we just get 2, 3 or 4 years out of it the. It is well worth it! Definitely would not hesitate to recommend it. Good purchase, great price, great product.“Good to know’s”:1) Box is HEAVY. Two grown men were needed to get it in the door and to the bedroom. Do not try to move it alone. Once it is out and expanded, it is much easier to manage.2) Use caution when cutting the vacuum packing bag the mattress is in. The very moment you begin to cut it open, the mattress will expand. Rather violently too. Like a 6’ x 6’ eighty pound supercharged Jack-In-The-Box.3) We were not able to wait 24-72 hours. We are both 60 and had no where else to sleep and we certainly couldn’t sleep on the floor. Not at our age. However, the mattress expanded immediately. It was at full 12” thickness quickly. It was approximately 12 hours from unpacking to bedtime and we had no issues whatsoever. It was very comfortable.3) If you have an open area to open the vacuum packaging, and are able to move the mattress after unpacking I would do so. It popped open so quickly and forcefully it knocked some pictures off the wall above the bed and knocked things off the nightstands. LOL! If I had to do it again, I would have unpacked it in the middle of the living room where there is open space, THEN, I would have moved it to the bedroom and bed frame.4) We have not detected any odors or defective stitching or anything like that.So, we have nothing but positives at this point. Taking into account the price, we are quite well pleased.

Really nice product. I didn't expect that it was so easy to assemble them together. It feels as good as the whole one-piece mattress. Also, thanks for previous buyers feedback to help me to select this product. If I need another one, I will definitely come back to this brand.

The mattress was so easy to set up and even came with a tool to cut the plastic that it is wrapped in. it pretty much expanded to full size immediately and we did wait the 72 hours before sleeping on it or putting bedding on it. I bought the 10 inch mattress but, it only expanded to 9 inches. I wish it would expanded all the way but, since it is good quality and so far comfortable to sleep on not having that extra inch Isn’t any big deal. The mattress had no smell and it isn’t to soft but, isn’t to firm either. It is the perfect combo of comfort. I did see some other reviews stating if you sit on the corner that the mattress sinks down, in our case this doesn’t happen. Not matter where you sit or lay the mattress might sink a tiny bit but, that’s it. This mattress was bought for my teenage son and he has no back pain so I can’t say how this would mattress would be for people who have aches and pains. Not sure how this mattress will hold up over time. It seems like it would but, if it doesn’t I will definitely update my review. Overall I would recommend this mattress and the price is very reasonable.

So far everything has been great. The price was great, arrived when promised, left it expanding for 3 days, sleep the great. I will say the edges are a bit soft, when sitting on the edge of the bed. Some reviewers mention risers but I don't know what those are. Also when ordering height of mattress 6" or 8" seems very low without box springs so I stupidly ordered a 10 or 12" which combined with a 18" bed frame has created some problems getting into bed. I almost have to catapult myself into bed but that's from this human's error , not the mattress companies. Anyone know about risers please find a way to post it.

Well I haven't slept on it - we got for visiting family - but it sure feels like a full-fledged mattress! for an amazing price!I was apprehensive about it popping out like a Jack-n-the-Box (as per another reviewer) but it didn't...it just inflated like a summer beach toy...in about a minute it was fully expanded. But we didn't just pop the plastic either; we unrolled the plastic first and then cut one end, slowly and cautiously. It was totally fine.NO smell at all!!!

My old twin bed was SO comfy so I was worried about upgrading to a new mattress and being disappointed. I also couldn’t spend a lot of money so this was a great cheaper option. The mattress inflated pretty quickly, and I was able to sleep on it within like less than an hour. It is super comfy and I didn’t need to buy a mattress pad or anything. It’s very supportive as I like my mattresses medium firm but without being too stiff or too soft. It’s a pretty solid mattress and I recommend it highly!
