Soft Neck Collar Medium 35 to 40 cm

Nothing wrong with the collar and arrived promptly. Personally I prefer a thicker Velcro strap, and it's hard to see the 1" Velcro fastener from the picture and it's not in the description. Also 'small' isn't narrow enough, it's just shorter in length

I have used an old collar for many years which is nice and thick but then bought two much flimsier affairs which lasted very little time and were inadequate. When this one arrived, I though it too was flimsy but because it's wider than my others it fits well and gives good support. Durability remains to be seen. So far it does the job well. I have a 15" collar size and the medium is about right for me.

Bought this as I have a shoulder problem and any work done with fingers becomes really painful after a short while. Wearing my collar keeps the pain away and I can, write, type, knit, crochet and sew to my heart's content. Nice quality and is comfortable to wear.

Sorry but this product is naff.The foam is far too hard to be comfortable and it smelt of dust-bin-bag smoked plastic for days after opening.Product was never used, but couldn't be bothered to return it due to the cost.

By the time this arrived my neck was actually better...... however, it fits well and seems to be of the correct firmness - so I shall be ready should I get another flare up.

Replacement for one mislaid at Hospital. Very soft and helps my mothers neck pain.

Not returning as cost more money it’s defently not medium size that I ordered it was very very small

seems ok although following you measure guide; the size ordered could have been larger....
