Excellent product. I sleep deeply at night now and the only thing that's different, is that I know I dream, but can barely recall snippets of them whereas prior to using this, I could pretty much recall a lot. Happy with my purchase and hope to see even better results yet by July according to what I've read especially where my skin is concerned..

One of my favorite supplements/brands. Helps me unwind after a long day without feeling groggy. Haven't had to take melatonin since adding this (and magnesium) to my evening routine.

I've had sleep issues for about 15 years & bought this to compliment my nightcap of prescribed Rx & Tylenol PM since I stopped taking melatonin - definitely did it's job. I've taken 200 mg before & having 400 mg is quite noticeable; great stuff, highly recommend.

I’ve been taking this for two years now and it really helps with my mood and anxiety- it calms and helps with focus. I notice if I forget to take it , but be sure to get this strength there are a lot on the market that have a lower dosage that really don’t do anything. I also take it with ashwaghganda aptagen mushrooms supplements and have really noticed a difference in my mental health since I started this regimen.

Extra strength is misleading. They are 200 mg capsules so you just have to take two to make it “extra strength.” You’ll save $10 by just buying the Nature’s Trove brand and taking two!
