This light has everything you need from vegetating(blue) to flowering (red)and has white led to fill in the gaps of each colored spectrum and you can use separately with a timer so it can turn on and off unlike some that only turn the light off but then you have to manually turn it on which is a p.i.t.a overall it’s pretty sturdy and adjustable and is nice and bright Make sure you know what spectrum your plant requires and how far to set it .

Read a lot of reviews about how it burns up or makes a loud buzzing noise. I haven't heard any buzzing, and while it does produce SOME heat it's not an end all worry.Personally I am very happy with this purchase. My mini ecosystem is almost 100% self sufficient. I planted two small clippings roughly 3 months ago. Now they're overflowing the orb and happy as can be. I keep my lights on a timer and basically dont have to think twice about it. The only reason I cant give this a 5 star is, unlike the photos advertised, this does not stand on it's own and must be clipped to something. A little annoying, but that's all.

The power rating for the power supply is 340 milliamps at 12 volts, which is 4 watts. Not 20.

My seedlings are responding well. My orchids didn’t like it as well. The white light in it gave them a mildew infection. The red light works to trigger flowering in most of my plants. It’s nice to have a small adjustable spectrum light.
