I received this product to try after purchasing their smaller label printer.Short review:This is a great printer for hobby or business if you need to print shipping labels from your computer.Long review:This printer was so timely! I have been looking for a solution to my shipping problem since printer ink is too expensive and going to a shipping store is too chaotic with 2 toddlers. My hopes for this is to use it to print labels from usps for pickup to send gifts and packages from home.What I like most about it is the color (it matches my mini label printer) and how quickly it prints labels. I was also able to set it up on my ancient touchscreen Windows 10 VAIO.My laptop has A LOT of issues but I use ArtRage with the touchscreen so it was important to me to be able to use this label printer with my windows laptop. Despite one of USB ports being broken and frequently having driver issues, this printer held its own. It comes with detailed instructions, videos, and a support team. Although, I had an issue with the ports of my laptop and I was able resolve it with a google search (see below).I highly recommend this printer. It looks nice, it works well, and I LOVE THERMAL PRINTERS! It is also made by innovative company with a cute and crafty community behind them. Which is why I would go with this company over others anyway I think.Unrelated: it would be great if the company made reasonably priced 8.5x11 thermal printer for teachers and homeschool activities, too!-Troubleshooting for Windows 10 VAIOFrom “Print Job Leaves Queue but Document Isn’t Printed” on Super User websiteSolution : if you see this issue, delete the local port (how?), by changing the printers default port to LPT1-3, click Apply, then choose USB00* Local Port ( click once ), and then press DELETE should remove the secondary un-needed port.Press Apply again, just to be safe, Reboot PC, check again, if the problems does not persist, and try printing :)-

I highly recommend this printer and it looks great, I have a Mac but they send you the adapter so you can connect it. I had some problems knowing how to use it but they have excellent customer service and were always available to resolve my concerns.

This printer is cute and the app is easy to use, however, it will not connect between the printer and ANY phone. No matter how many “how to” videos I watched on this printer there is no way to get it to connect through Bluetooth on my Apple phone. My husband downloaded the app and tried to connect through Bluetooth on his phone and it wouldn’t connect for him. We also used the wires sent to connect the printer directly to my husband’s Android phone and it still would not connect. (No Apple attachments are included!) Amazon won’t replace or refund it. This company’s customer service is useless. The direct chat only lets you choose between unhelpful pre-existing responses and no one answers the phone when you call. I will never buy from this crappy company again. I have a worthless $60 pink square and now I have to spend more money on something that actually works!

I sell on Poshmark & I've been using my color laser printer & adhesive mailing envelopes since 2014. I bought 3 separate thermal printers over the years & hated all of them. Either they wouldn't print dark enough for usps to read, or they kept losing wireless connection to my phone, or...worst of all...I was unable to print a packing list. So I finally gave up on wireless & bought this tiny little thing. It hooked up within 5 minutes & after changing some settings in Poshmark it was printing like a champ. AND..most importantly it prints a packing list right after the mailing label. Yes I'm using 2x as many labels but that's way cheaper than buying paper, adhesive address envelopes & 4 separate toner cartridges. So, once I run through the laser printer supplies that I have, I'll be using this full time. So if you need a good little thermal printer for Poshmark, here you go!

This is a great little thermal printer. It was extremely difficult to set up, especially for having a Chromebook. The little booklet on how to set it up is basically useless, they didn’t even mention what app to install for the printer. But for everyone saying this isn’t compatible with chromebooks, it is, you just have to download the labelife extension on the chrome store. Despite the messy setup, this printer works fine. Sometimes when I print a shipping label some of the words aren’t as defined/dark/bold as it should be, but it’s still readable. So all in all it’s a good printer once you learn how it works.

The media could not be loaded.  Just what I needed for my home bakery. I can print all sorts of labels and tags. It is compact and great quality. Easy to connect and user friendly. Great value and price! My only regret is not getting it sooner!

Thermal head does not print in center of label. And of course, a day after product support ended.**Update ** seller offered refund for broken machine. Appreciated as I have rolls of labels to use up. Will reorder and cross my fingers.

It is a very compact and lightweight device that is easy to set up and use. It connects seamlessly to my computer via USB and is compatible with a variety of shipping platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.It paired quickly with my Android phone. The Phomemo app has a user-friendly layout so it's easy to use. One of the best features of this printer is its ability to print high-quality shipping labels quickly and efficiently, which is great for when I have a large volume of packages to ship out. Overall, I would recommend this printer to anyone who needs a reliable and efficient label printer for their small business or personal use. Full marks from me!

The media could not be loaded.  This is another nice direct thermal label printer. It feels just a bit cheaper compared to other label printer I've tried but it works the best so far. It can take label width from 1" to 4.6" (25.4 to 117 mm). Drivers are included on a USB drive and they even included a USB Type-A to USB Type-C adapter in the box.Let me start explaining what I mean by just a bit cheaper. In short, everything is okay except for the lid. The lid is held by a very simple hinge. This is not a deal breaker but if you need to clean the printing head or roller, you'll be fighting with the lid the whole time. Better design would be to have a spring loaded lid which could hold the lid open. If it was not for this hinge, this printer would have felt better built.Similar to other direct thermal label printer, there is a suite of sensor which makes it very easy to sswitch label size. All that is needed is to adjust the guide at the back, insert the labelthen press the top button until the LED blink twice and the printer will auto discover the label height. From there, it's just a matter of picking the right page size in your printing software.One thing I particularly like about this printer is the fact that it does not spit out a blank label everytime it is turned on. I tested printers that did that in the past and it drove me nuts. If you are not using your Label printer every day, this is a feature you will like to have.Another little quality of life feature this printer has is the knife at the front for cutting labels. The knife on this printer is more pronounced and is sharper than other printer I have tried. It was definitly easier to rip off labels with this printer.All thing considered, I like this printer. It's compact and it's easy to use. It took me around 5 minutes to get everything running but I have previous experience with similar printers. I really like the fact that it doesn't spit out a blank label everytime I turn it ON. This way, I don't need to open the cover and reseed the labels everytime I turn it on.

This product is awful and I ended up ordering a niimbot label maker from Aliexpress for over half the price. The setup on your computer is long and complicated and the manual that comes with it is disorganized so you kind of just have to figure it out for yourself. When I was not using the label maker I would just unplug it from my computer and wall but when I would go back to plug it in and use it, my computer would not recognize anything and I tried all the troubleshooting methods. It ended up frying 2 of my USB ports and my computer recognizes that there is an error with those ports now! Expensive and not worth the time to figure it out and set it up. Try a Niimbot label maker instead
