Nice desk at this price point.
Saw this desk on sale for $150 with a $50 off coupon and figured it was worth a gamble. I assembled it in about 30 minutes by myself but I did put together furniture at a big lots for two years so I’m pretty good at that. Overall it’s the right size for my dual monitor setup. Stand up feature is nice. Works smooth and quietly and has lots of heights to choose. Worth 5 stars and full price for the desk though it’s a nice quality desk and does exactly what I need.

Marsail’s Electric Standing Desk
Marsail’s standing desk really is a great desk is an affordable solution for someone that wants a basic desk that raises and lowers. Users have the option to use one of the pre-sets to raise the desk or the UP/DOWN buttons to set it to their desired height. The control panel is on the right-hand side and is far enough to the right that you shouldn’t have to worry about banging your knee against it.The desktop comes in two pieces rather than just one flat piece. At first I thought this would be a problem, but once set up, there wasn’t a gap, and it didn’t interfere with the mouse – especially if you have a mousepad. It’s a minor item and I assume it results in the package being less expensive to ship, as size seems to be the delineating factor rather than weight. As far as assembly went, it was fairly ease. I would recommend that you have a drill handy to tighten the screws; doing it by hand can be somewhat of a painstaking process since many of the holes aren’t drilled all the way through. The instructions were clear and easy to read. Putting this together by myself, it took about 35-40 minutes with the electric drill.Raising and lowering the desk is controlled by the panel under the righthand side of the desk. You’ll see there are three pre-sets as well as a directional button. The “S” allows you to establish your own pre-sets for the 1, 2, and 3 keys. I’m 6’2 and found that when extended to the full 48 inches, I was perfectly comfortable. The desk supported two monitors, some books, and my laptop without any issue. Plus is was steady (not off-balance) and sturdy – able to take up to around 160 or so pounds. The base is solid with the thick and sturdy legs. And the motor was responsive, quiet, and moved at a steady pace. The biggest drawback on this desk for some seems to be that the desktop comes in two pieces. Admittedly, I was skeptical as well, but it all comes together nicely with my monitors behind the crack, my keyboard in front, and a mousepad covering it on the side. And it it makes shipping cheaper so that they can send it for free, all the better.

Good desk for cheap
This is an excellent built desk for a reasonable price. It's not as good as desks like uplift and such but for the price point this one is good value. I got this as a secondary desk to compliment my uplift desk and although it's not as good as uplift branded desks it's cheap and it's an awesome secondary desk.Highlights:- decent control and lift mechanism- nice finish on surface- good cord management included- headset holder included- good quality for the price pointThe downsides:- is a cheaper built desk- little frustrating that desk top is in two piecesOverall if you need a standing desk this is an amazing deal. However if you want a desk to last you a lifetime I would look at other high quality ones.

Nice adjustable desk with solid legs and a strong motor, but I wish the top was 1 piece instead of 2
The Electric Standing Desk by Marsail, provides a very solid base by way of thick strong legs and a powerful motor to lift the desk with ease. With an easy assemble, tremendous range of height and a surface that can hold to 176 pounds, this is a great one to consider Here are some of the things I’ve learned while owning it and things to consider before buying.I. Solid Base – The legs on this table are very thick and heavy. I was impressed at the strength of these legs as well as the motor that will lift the desk with a computer, monitors, and speakers no problem.II. Table Top – For me this is the weak point of the whole equation. Unfortunately, I’m not a big fan of the 2-piece table top. I would have preferred at least a 1-piece top. Having a crack between the two halves of my desk top running across the middle wasn’t a good choice. You’ll probably get used to it or just cover it up. I put down a massive mouse pad that’s almost the size of the whole desk, so its covered anyway. You could also just screw these legs to another table top to make a much better version of this desk.III. Height Adjustment – It works great and goes up to 46.5 inches, much higher than I would put it normally, but it’s nice that it can. I like the preset heights that can be adjusted for different people of situations.Overall, this is a very solid desk that I’m really enjoying, despite the 2-piece top. I think it’s a great desk to have, considering the legs and motor. I might even swap the top for a butcher block eventually, but I’ll continue to enjoy it the way it came for now. I’ll be sure to update this review, if I ever start to have problems with it.You can trust that this review is simply my honest opinion that is attempting to provide you with helpful insight that I wish I had before I picked this product. Hopefully it was helpful in your decision.
