Build quality is OK and I like the features, especially the wireless charging. However the only issue, and it’s a significant one, is that it’s not bright enough. This one is going back as it does not serve my needs.

In theory, this thing is great. The features were everything I wanted - Bluetooth, sunrise alarm, phone charger, ability to turn the display off while sleeping. I was so excited for it that when I got it set up and tested the alarm out, I threw the box away (bad idea).Within the first week or so, i noticed it would reset itself overnight, so the alarm wouldn’t go off. And no, my power never went out. Or as soon as I turned off the alarm, it would reset. So every practically every day I was resetting the time and alarm, etc. since I threw the box out, I couldn’t return it. So whatever, I’ve been using it as an overpriced Bluetooth speaker and phone charger. Except now the wireless charger no longer works. I’m so disappointed, don’t waste your money.

For the price, I wasn’t expecting an heirloom quality product, but I’m surprised it stopped working in about 8 weeks. It keeps the time fine, but the actual alarm feature has stopped. Three days this last week, it just reset itself to midnight and an alarm never went off. Thank goodness I used my phone as a backup after the first glitch. I’ve unplugged, reset, added a backup battery…you name it. It’s just got some faulty wiring. I’m, of course, beyond the return window, but be warned you may want to use a secondary alarm clock.Two stars because it’s actually attractive compared to other sunrise alarm clocks.

The speaker and light combined is really good for using it during night and as an alarm. The lights can be brightened and reduced. Also can play radio.

I really wanted to love this. I got my first unit and noticed every time I tried to turn on the white noice it would reset and I would have to redo all the settings. I figured it was just that unit so I sent it back for an exchange, second unit seemed much better- for about two weeks. Now it is doing the exact same thing so I have a very expensive digital clock that works fine IF I NEVER TOUCH A SINGLE BUTTON ON IT. And of course I am now outside the return window. Really pretty useless. I would not recommend.

Great idea and worked great for about a week but it will constantly reset and is entirely unreliable. I put in a battery which should prevent it from resetting due to a power loss and that doesn't help. It's clearly a product issue as loads of other customers have the same issue.Super disappointing. This had a lot of potential.

I really like this alarm clock my most used feature is actually the charger on top. It looks great and is aesthetically appealing. Love the sunrise feature. Would recommend!

After over a month of trying to figure out what I was doing wrong with this alarm clock (instruction booklet is not at all helpful), I've decided that the problem is with the product. *Some* days, the sunrise feature has been great. However, most days, the clock and alarms randomly reset back to a blinking 12:00 AM. I have not been able to figure out why it is doing this, nor how to stop it. Unfortunately, I held out too long trying to fix the problem myself and can no longer return the item, or else I would.
