This is a pretty little bracelet! I have had a lot of numbness in my right hand. I noticed after about 4 days of wearing the bracelet on my right wrist, that the numbness was gone from 2 of my fingers. I was so encouraged I have started wearing it all night, taking it off just to shower. I’m very pleased with this purchase!

I have carpal tunnel and I'm not sure if it's working or not but it is a beautiful piece of jewelry regardless

These bracelets are nice and stylish. Been using for about a month. Have alot a body aches not a huge difference in reduction and seeing some strripping of the material so i am not sure its all copper pr at all

I really love this bracelet and it actually works for me! I've been wearing it for about a week now. The first thing I noticed is that I'm sleeping better - I went from 4 hours a night to 7-8 hours a night. I feel more rested. My back and hip pain is definitely better - it was always come and go, but now is so much milder. Also, a real surprise for me was total lack of appetite. I'm fasting so much longer and eating so much less bc food has no real appeal to me anymore. I noticed this the first day that I put it on....is this coincidence? I don't know, but I'm enjoying it! I say give it a try and see what it does for you!

Fits my wrist well. I wore it through the night and the next morning I was able to stretch out all of my fingers. This is not a cure but it is helpful for the stiff joints.

These were nice at first. Then they began to tarnish like I knew they would. I cleaned them as recommended, but then days later, I began to feel a burning on my wrist and saw that a sore was forming…it was red and became a small open sore. I had to stop wearing the bracelet and attend to the sore with topical cream for it to heal. I guess I am allergic to copper. Never would have guessed. Just beware…may not be for everyone.

Helps with the arthritis in my hand. Not thrilled with the green mark it leaves on my arm but it is better than having the pain and stiffness in my fingers.
