The product is not as advertised in the picture
Sir the extruder kit didn’t have the brass Bowden insert attachment as shown in the amazon page instead it’s got in my opinion a better arrangement and I get better print with this as shown in the picture . The lackOf instruction page is bad I waste time figuring out but it works after the hard work

Product defect
I bought this printer hardly 3 months back and it has started malfunctioning in this time only, I am unable to print anything, which has been really disappointing because this ‘Crealty’ doesnt have any service centre in Delhi. I am facing alot of trouble as my prototype has put on hold just because of this terrible product.

Reliable printer with good quality printing.
The print quality is good and the price is good considering all metal extruder. The instructions are available online and software is also intuitive. The only drawback I see is that the memory card is very small 'micro' This should have given a proper SD card normal size. I have printer more than 20 prints and the print quality is consistant.

Ender 3 V2 Neo
The media could not be loaded. Bought this for Rs. 23.5k guess what I'm Fully satisfied with my 1st printer not hard to use! My first prints rabbit & benchy turned out perfect and other models too! No problems with build plate, it's good to have magnetic plate which is removable. 1 more thing it's noise is literally less than what I thought it's really low. Installed some custom lights to it. Best in class printer in this range! I would recommend you buy this instead of ender 3 with little more money you can get a best product!✨

Z axis stepper motor coupling screw missing
Z axis stepper coupling screw is missing. Waiting for replacement. Will update review when replacement is received.UPDATE: Didn't get a replacement since the seller doesn't provide it. But got the refund. Ordered a nee one from the same seller but this one has better reviews and came with everything in the package. I have assembled it and tested it out. Print quality is good, got the calibration cube printed, but my bed is a bit warped which can be fixed by mesh bed levelling. Here is the link for the printer I got. (Changing review since I got the full refund)https://www.amazon.in/dp/B0876FRVHR?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

good product
I love this thing! It was a great intro to klipper. It can be slightly frustrating due to the lack of certain details in the setup process, but since the newest firmware update it has been much easier. It now allows for 4 printers and has most Ender 3 and 5 models. It takes the work out of building config and firmware files. If getting into the deeper side of 3D printing is what you want without going the Raspberry Pi or Linux route, this is the way. Only slight negative is it’s not quite as open source as I’d like.

Replacement Prints!
Has been a month now and the new one has still been printing great.Update 3/13/2021Amazon sent me a replacement printer. After putting that one together it prints just fine. The first one must of had a power or main board issue. Ill update to 3 stars since I've had to put two together and then ship one back.Ender support never got back with me either. So don't rely on them helping any. You are pretty much left on your own after purchase.I cannot get this thing to print. It will go for about 5 to 10 minutes then stop and a message saying "Detect the file unexpectedly stopped last time" will come across the screen. I have to power off the printer and let it sit for hours before it will try to reprint again. Then it will give the same message after about 5 to 10 minutes. I haven't found anything online talking about how to fix this besides a PDF saying it's a resume after power failure option. But the printer isn't losing power while it's printing.

SoftwAre Doesn’t work!!
Updated from 1star to 3 star: after some trouble shooting, i was able to make the device print the dog/cat file that came with the tool. However, i have to play with the z-offset height right at the beginning of the print, as that is still not set automatically. The printing bed is "wobbly" as it moves on that rail - this is not an issue which I think can be fixed - design flaw. Getting PLA to stick to print bed is quite challenging. The print quality turned out to be okay. I still dont know if i need to update the firmware, if i do, dont know how (will need to contact customer service, which is available via email in US). and have to figure out how to design new objects. Plan on spending significant amount of time to make the printer work right if your are not a 3D printer viz.---------------previous review------------------After a long time we were able to set up the printer. Did the leveling step and tried to print. The feature ‘auto home’ seems to be weird- always goes to a different set up. The option ‘set home offset’ isn’t clickable. Any help? Otherwise I probably have to return this. I even threw the box away(not sure if Amazon takes it back -maybe in a different box).

Great printer for a noob
I absolutely love this printer. I want to buy another one. I’m new to 3D printing so this is my first one. It took me a over 6 months of searching though each printer before deciding on this one. I chose it because it had the most decent reviews. When I actually got it I noticed the quality craftsmanship. It took me about two hours to assemble because I never assembled one before and the instructions could have been better. Once I got it together I had to work on bed leveling. After that I have been printing like crazy and enjoying every minute of it. I have had some failed prints but that me learning how to print. I say this is a great starter printer and the price is good. I like how quiet the operation is and the heated glass bed. I would totally recommend this to anyone like myself starting out.

How much do you hate yourself?
I used to think I was smart. Then I bought this thing. After doing lots of research and asking lots of questions, I finally decided that this was the best option for my first 3d printer. I realize that I'm not the smartest guy, so that's always taken into consideration when I decide to give something a go. Assembly was ok, given that I followed YouTube tutorial. Even so, there's things that are tricky that won't reveal themselves until your elbows deep and have to undo everything you just did to correct a simple mistake. Once again, chances are you're smarter than I am, so this may not be something you encounter. However, plan on upgrading about everything. Be sure to get the upgraded springs for the bed and most importantly, upgrade your extruder assembly. Some genius decided to use cheap plastic for the arm that is under high tension on the filament feeder. Guess what, it's GOING TO BREAK. I completely wasted a 23 hour project due to this exact issue. After a tiny bit of research I find that this happens to EVERYBODY. Once again, upgrade it from day 1. You'll be happy you did. Also, consider waiting longer to make a better purchase of something that might be more expensive but of better quality. I certainly would make a different purchase if given the opportunity to go back.

After Rough Start ended up being not bad printer for the money
It arrived with some damage but the seller was quick to send out replacment. upon receiving the replacement it was discovered that it had some other issues that caused me to take parts from both of them to make one work. Ultimately i had to buy the both of them because i had to part both of them to get one to work.after that and a few modifications its turning out to be a decent printer.I am running with Octiprint and a Raspberry Pi i highly recommend this method as the SD card is a Pain to upload models and i can monitor via my VPN from anywhere.
