I was reimbursed for this printer to write a review, since I have other printers by this company.I received it and have no complaints. The printer works well with the Bluetooth print feature from my phone. Easy to use. Easy to set up. Good quality printing with little to no effort!I have no working USB ports on my current computer, so I tried to see if I could connect to the printer via Bluetooth from my laptop as well. After trying apps and manually downloading drivers, I was unable to get this function to work. I emailed the support team at the company about it, and we are working through options... I think it might be time to upgrade my 8 year old laptop that's been limping along for years already. Not the printer's fault! Customer service has been very helpful and easy to work with!If anything changes (either in functionality or support), I'll update this review!UPDATE: The customer service team created a video for me to walk me through how to setup the printer without USB connection. It was super easy with the video to reference. I am extremely pleased with all of the customer service interactions I have had with Phomemo!!

This is a very handy printer. Since it's Bluetooth I can have it anywhere I need. The inner label holder can hold a BIG roll of labels but it can also do other things like circles, squares, rectangles... I'm shocked at how many things I can print with this that aren't just shipping labels!The machine itself is well put together and set up took me just a couple minutes. The app is fantastic. The only thing I don't see how to do is QR codes like the smaller D30 can but that's fine since I can upload my own images anyways!All and all, a great buy!

I print labels in batches of 17 to 20 at a time.I edit the bottom margin with the order info being shipped.I use Pirateship and can't edit online.My work computers OS do not have drivers for this printer.-First get your phone and computer's Bluetooth paired.Scan the QR Code on the Quick Start Guide with your phone.Install Labelife.Download the labels to edit, save as PDF.On your computer, Go to your email and compose an email to yourself.Upload the edited PDF labels to the email and send to yourself.Open the email with your phone, open the attachment.BACK AWAY from the printer !Hit print.|It took longer to write this than print the now edited labels.

I needed to replace my Dymo label printer because it kept failing to connect to my computer. I liked the look of this one especially because it had an internal label storage function. It was easy to set up and it prints incredible fast. The print quality is not quite as good as the Dymo but so far, it hasn't affected the deliverability of my packages.

Honesty I personally researched wifi printer for printing shipping labels before I purchased this D520. I purchased this product based on the videos. When I received the printer I set it up etc, but the wi-fi is NOT suited to print multiple shipping labels. I have an Amazon & Etsy Sellers account, I am unable to use this printer (without having it plugged in to USB) for individual / mulitple labels without downloading each label. Before giving this review I tried to make sure I was using this printer correct (which I was). I will be returning it because I don't want to use a USB cord every time I print a shipping label. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel it would have been useful for me to know... I would have purchased a different product in the first place.

Easy to set up. Good solid print.

When this finally prints, it prints consistently, quickly, and with great quality. Unfortunately, the set up and connections leave a lot to be desired.I purchased this as a gift for a friend who owns a mail order business. She has a Surface Pro computer and this unit will not connect via Bluetooth; it must be hardwired to use. I have a Mac and it connects via Bluetooth, but every time I use it, I have to uninstall and then reinstall the printer. This is ridiculous and wastes time. Of course, when I use it to run labels for her, I have forgotten what the problem is and why the Bluetooth symbol is grayed out. Finally, I stuck a sticky note on it to remind myself to uninstall and reinstall so that I wouldn’t have to continue to waste time trying to troubleshoot.I am not a fan of the Labelife software and choose to design her labels in a different program. It is very easy to drag PDFs from Word or Canva to the Labelife program.I have printed round, 4 x 6 and 4 x 4 labels with no distortion or misalignment. Oddly, when she attempts to use her Surface Pro, the machine beeps constantly, will not print a set of labels am instead stop and print the first label in the set multiple times.Effectively, I have bought her a gift she cannot use. I have not received an answer from label life as to why the software has so many problems or how to fix them.While the unit prints wonderfully most of the time,I cannot give this a solid recommendation because of the software.

I absolutely love this! I got it to make shipping labels for my business but I didn't realize how diverse this machine is! I can easily change out the label rolls and make all kinds of stickers for my business! I've already made some cute Thank you stickers to put on my products when shipping! There is a great app for designing the stickers as well as a desktop site (which I love using). I can't wait to try all the different kinds of stickers/labels and see what all I can make!
