This is an extremely comfortable chair. The seat is much wider from arm to arm than many office chairs, and also longer from front edge to the seatback than others. The arms are comfortable. Very adjustable arms for finding maximum comfort. Lumbar support is the best I've had in a seat other than my BMW X5. Biggest criticism is the wheels. Flimsy, not easy to roll.

I am 6'-6" and weigh 260 pounds. I use this chair a lot. It is comfortable, wide, and so far... sturdy. No piston sag yet. I left the side arms off to give me more flexibility.

There was an Allen wrench for attaching the armrests.THE NEGATIVESThe seat was not level.Measuring from the floor to the bottom of the seat cushion was 16” and was consistent across the width of the bottom of the seat.At the top of the seat cushion, however, the height is different. Although I may not have the measurements exactly correct, one side was 0.25 to a half inch higher than the other side.The seat was very firm. It looked softer than it was. I can’t prove it, but if felt like the back of the seat, at the tailbone, was firmer than the front of the seat.The seat was too deep for the adjustable lumbar support to be useful for me.The wheels did not roll well on a hard surface, especially when I was sitting on the chair.The box was damaged when I got it and the extender actually fell out of the hole when I lifted the shipping box.CONCLUSIONThe chair was OK but I would not recommend it. I returned the one I bought.

This office chair is by far the easiest to assemble and sturdiest chair that I have purchased. It is definitely geared toward larger and taller individuals. The seat is deep so that the underside/hamstrings are supported and is definitely on the wide side. I am 6'4" and 280 lbs and I have plenty of width (the width of the arm rests can be adjusted a bit during assembly). The product arrived well packed with simple instructions. I took me about 30 minutes. The best part of having a mesh backrest is that the assembly was easy since I did not have to press together a padded back to the padded seat which can be a struggle without assistance. I like the lumbar dial on the back and the lever below the seat, for raising/lowering the seat and locking/unlocking the rocking motion works well. The only down side is even though the seat is well cushioned, the memory foam is quite firm, so don't expect a plush spongey surface....this could also be a plus as it may hold its shape over time for heavier individuals.

I still can't believe how big and sturdy this chair is, 400 lbs hold very well and still room to wiggle so don't hesitate on getting this chair. The seat is very comfortable and the back has the support needed. The instructions were easy to follow and install. The wheels also look study and moves gently. This was a great buy for me.

I decided to spend more $ on this chair than I've ever spent before on one, only to deeply regret it. Complete waste of my money as the chair is useless for me. This chair was easy to put together, is very stable, has metal parts where other chairs have cheap plastic and has a nice (very) wide seat. HOWEVER-the manufacturers seem to have completely forgotten the "TALL" part of "big and tall" when I measure from the bottom of the seat to the floor, with chair in the highest position, it is only 16''. I am right at 6' tall with a mobility disability and getting up from this chair is almost impossible and intensely painful. If you're a large person who is not over 6' ft this chair may work great for you! But I'm out an awful lot of money for a chair that is not functional for me.

I needed a wide chair so I could cross my legs. I also needed a lot of strong cushion as I sit in the chair for many hours a day. it's a good chair. The arms can come off if you don't want them, but they lift as well, so they don't get in your way. It's a good chair.

I was able to assemble this chair on my own. The chair itself is probably good for a large person. It is way to big for me and my small home office. The problem is: I can't return it, as I would have to dis-assemble it which is nearly impossible. So I am giving away a brand new chair.

Bought for my dad who has a very small room with a desk. He's happy with it

Easy to assemble, comfortable and has the weight rating I'm looking for. Bought a Harwood floor mat to protect laminate flooring in my Home Office. Was able to re-use the Nylon Easy Rollers i had on my old chair that broke after 2 years of daily use.
