We have tried a few other shower benches in the past, but they all seemed to be too flimsy, or too big, or looked too much like they belonged in a medical setting. This bench is perfect…exactly what we were looking for. It was very easy to assemble, and requires no effort to keep clean. It fits well into our shower, with plenty of room to spare. It is very sturdy, works well, and looks great. We are totally satisfied with this shower bench.

This is a great addition to a shower without a tub. No need to pay hundreds for built in shower bench. Had for almost 6 months and still looks brand new. Easy to assemble, specially for 50+ year woman.

Slight flaw with one of the planks in the top shelf being shorter than others, but I see everything. Overall, this is a very well designed and manufactured product. Solid, heavy, sturdy. Everything is high quality, including the hardware kit (screws and even the hex tool). Very easy to assemble. Screws turn smoothly with no resistance. Everything fits together tightly. Rubber feet make stability on shower floor easy. Even the styrofoam in the packing was high quality and didn't make a mess everywhere on removal. I also feel price is pretty decent, especially when you look at teak alternatives. Does exactly what I needed... providing a place to sit so I can more easily wash my feet.

I was looking for something to use in the shower when washing and/or shaving my legs. The side of the tub worked, but wasn't ideal. I did a bit of research and ended up with this item in my cart. I have to say, that I'm quite impressed with the material. It seems almost plastic like (in appearance and feel), but is hefty like wood. And I don't mean it has a fake unappealing look to it, it looks very nice and fits perfect with the rest of my bathroom décor. It also doesn't appear to be a material that should have any issues with water. Assembly was easy, had it together in about 20 minutes. It has a sturdy weight to it, but isn't too heavy to move around. I used it for the first time last night, and I'm more than impressed with it. Makes my shower routine so much easier. And as an added bonus, if you're ever in need of some alone time, it doubles as a spot to sit as you let the water cascade over you :)

Easy to assemble. Very heavy and sturdy. Nice-looking. Small, but large enough for my needs. I like black because it doesn't look like fake wood. The screws went in easily. If you buy this stool, notice when assembling that the legs have a slight slant at the top. If the screw doesn't want to go in, just turn the leg around to fit and it will line up with the hole. Mold shouldn't be a problem if this stool is cleaned with a non abrasive cleaner when you clean the bathroom. Mold on a synthetic material like this is caused by body oils and shed skin.

I searched long and hard for a shower seat that would actually be mold free. We had a teak wood stool that got overgrown with mold and became too difficult to clean. We have had this stool for close to a year now and it stays very clean. It’s sturdy and its the perfect size for our walk-in shower. Compared to what we spent on our old stool, this one has held up much better and for less. The chair is stable, even when leaning forward to shave my legs. The only down side to this stool is that the holes in it make it a little uncomfortable to sit on at times. Overall, it is a great shower stool!

I don’t know what this thing is made out of, but it is incredibly sturdy. You could park an elephant on it. It’s been sitting in my shower for almost a year now, which is used daily. Not only those the material itself, not absorbed water, but even the bolts which hold it together are still shiny and silver.It’s great for sitting, my wife says it’s excellent to put her foot up on for shaving legs, it’s got a shelf underneath it and reliable anti-slip pads on the bottom.

It's smaller than I expected, which is a bonus because it doesn't take up much room. It seems to be well made and is holding up well. I keep it inside the shower. I'm very happy with this bench.

Extremely well packaged and importantly, all the bolts were included.Parts include an allen wrench and assembly was about 10 minutes. I did not tighten fully until I had it on a flat level surface.The material is like our composite deck material. It’s very tough and resilient to water it seems perfect for a shower bench or, side piece for the tub..Might have to buy another one………

This shower bench is beautiful. It looks modem and is solid. Definitely would hold someone 300 lbs. I was surprised by the weight of it. It fits perfect in my tub and was comfortable. I was concerned it was gonna be too low based on the one review saying it was low. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to sit on and get up off of. It. I would highly recommend buying this shower bench. It looks way nicer than our medical one.
