The Books of Jeremiah and Lamentations: The Promise-Keeping God (The Passion Translation)

Footnotes are excellent and the translation is excellent. This is not a paraphrased Bible.

A wonderful translation with a ton of very helpful footnotes.

I love to read the Passion version along with my Bible Studies in the NKJV. This version solidifies what you just studied.

They come as separate books, as Brian Simmons team hasn’t completed all of the Bible books yet. I think when they have translated all of them, they will publish a whole Bible. Now, it’s only New Testament printed together with Psalms, Song of Songs, and Proverbs. The rest are in either separate book or two Bible books in one book. I keep watching for newer books, as I got all of them so far. My electronic Bible doesn’t have their Old Testament books yet, except from New Testament and those two others I mentioned above, as they printed it on one book. So, I use paper versions for other books. I love how they list Greek, Hebrew, Arameik, and even Dead Sea scrolls, as well as other Hebrew original scrolls with exact meanings underneath the text. This is what I am after for. Electric version, even with their 3 books in there, gives only summary of those translations. So, paper versions is the way to go. I usually read few translations anyway, 4-6. So, I always compare. Blessings to all of you there, wishing to study Lord’s Word to know Him better 🙏.

Easy to read. I’m reading Daniel right now and I love love the forward to all of Brian’s books of the Bible . The history is wonderful

I absolutely love the passion translation! I not only have my own copy, but bought multiple ones for Christmas gifts to give to family and loved ones. They were a hit! I highly recommend the passion translation to anyone who wants to go deeper in their walk with God. 🥰

The Passion Translation of Scripture always brings a fresh revelation. Even to the more 'difficult' books of the Bible. This is no exception. And the side-notes are brillliant as always.
