If you’re seeing the reviews of people saying they’re barely getting anything to come out: they’re doing it wrong.I mean, there’s even an instruction card with it telling you how to do it. You bite the nipple lightly on the edges and suck a bit (50 shades of hydration?). If you’re looking to down water like you’re trying to put out an internal fire then may I suggest a traditional bottle.This is small, lightweight, and doesn’t leak at all when carrying it. The best bit for me as a runner is that as you aren’t displacing the water with air as you drink, it doesn’t slosh around noisily!Feels well made too. I’ll be buying a 1L one and a tube for long runs.

Bought these to take in an inside pocket when out skiing so I didn't have to carry a bag. Perfect amount of water to sip on when on a mountain and also not take much room, providing you can top up on breaks.No leaking at all and super easy to drink from. Due to the size, it isn't too heavy when full and seems very durable even when absolutely filled to the brim.

UpdateI got a filtered watering system at home and now there's no horrible taste to water when using this container...cap still unreliable though.OriginalNo matter how many times I've washed it there's still a horrible taste. Couple of times the nozzle has come loose when drinking.

Gave up on this as you only get little sips from the neck. You’re supposed to gently bite down on the top to release water but it’s so really difficult & if I’m out walking I need a gulp of water not a trickle. It’s now sat in the cupboard abandoned& awaiting its next fate which will probably be plastics recycling.

This flexible soft flask is ideal for sports, when hydrating on the go. In particular because you have to suck the water from the flask, so it won’t spill when moving. If I’m honest I found this feature a bit of a pain, and would have preferred an easier delivery system, as I found getting water out of it quite difficult! May be I just need more practice?!One thing for sure is that it doesn’t leak. I had it in a bag that was being carried about over two days, and absolutely no water leaks. So this is a good water flask at a fair price if it meets your needs. Doesn’t quite meet mine, so only four stars from me.
