not bad to mix
was ok, not bad to mix, tastes ok, no chemical after taste, goes down well, as like all suppements needs regular use to evaluate the gains of it, but overall mixing wise and taste wise seems ok comapred to many others, also no bloating or bad stomach effects.

Bad Stomach
Instantly gives me stomach pains and a very upset stomach every time I have this. I previously had bought strawberry cream from my protein website and have had no problems with it and would give it 5 stars.So either this is a dodgy batch or its some thing else. Positive points it mixes better than the stawberry cream and has a great smooth taste, quite possibly the best tasting protein shake I have ever tried. Just annoyed I can no longer have this one and will need to buy another shake.
