I got the couch yesterday and It looks good. I’ve painted the legs gold since I was aiming for gold and white/cream theme. The ottoman arrived dirty and had little chips (that aren’t that noticeable) because it didn’t have cardboard pieces covering the box opening like the other couch pieces that were well packaged. The delivery driver took his time to get the boxes off the truck and into my apartment safely to minimise any damage. The couch is comfortable and isn’t very hard as some reviews mentioned. I was worried the couch would be very hard but it’s not. I’ve actually needed a firm couch to help me sit correctly and to fix my posture… (This couch is medically healthy if you know what I mean. Compared to some other couches that were very “soft and comfortable” I think I’d call this my veggie couch and not cake couch). I’ll see how it feels in the future since I just got it yesterday and it’s probably been no more than 20 minutes at a time that I sat on it. Will edit this review later after I’ve had it for a few months to update it’s durability, comfort and functionality in general. It’s easy to assemble and I only struggled to put the two main pieces together. I’ve assembled it by myself in less than 30 minutes. You’ll probably need another person to put both sides of the couch together since the 2 pieces that need to interlock (that make the couch look like an L shaped) are difficult to align by yourself. My only concern is the Velcro parts coming off easily whenever my baby tries to pull on the back rest for support to stand on the couch. I’m satisfied with my purchase. I recommend this couch to anyone.

I love the couch itself. Pretty color and perfect size for our room. Unfortunately the box that the couch came in was ripped and the couch was damaged.

My sofa was delivered quickly and it’s very sturdy. Good quality. Better than expected. Easy to put together.

We purchased this sofa to replace our microfiber sofa we had for years. Our old sofa was great, but became an issue with keeping it cleaned from spills and messy hands. We where looking for something that had a nice appearance, inexpensive, and low maintenance until we relocate in a year or two. This new purchase looks great in the space and easy to assemble. We also love that the ottoman is a storage for our blankets. I just need to fluff the pillows some since I took the pictures before doing so. We also purchased additional pillows because the pillows that came with the sofa did not match the decor as well. Although it is very firm (not so comfortable) it will serve its purpose in the family room where my kids spend a lot of time. Knowing that we can wipe off the sofa is a plus!

Okay things that are great about the couch - it’s an absolute piece of cake to assemble. I bob the buildered that bad boy in under twenty minutes.Online buying is always tricky, but the appropriate way to describe the latte color is not latte. You know that moment when Edward Cullen steps out into the sunlight in Italy? That’s this couch. This thing sparkles like a Stephanie Meyers vampire. Haven’t seen Twilight? No problem, think about if it was the skin of a unicorn, that’s what it looks like.It’s definitely on the plastic side. Pro - you spill something on it, very easy to wipe off. Con - I feel like I’ve laid on cozier exam tables. The seats also feel like they’re tilting a little - almost like you’re in the very beginning of the titanic tilting and you’re not absolutely sure you are but slowly and surely you’re sliiiidddddinnggg off.Finally, if I were Maggie from Million Dollar Baby, that arm rest is hard enough to do the job of that corner stool.This couch came at a great price, and if the color was a little less vampire and a little more latte the rest of it would be fine. I also felt the customer service I’ve received thus far has been really great. However, if you don’t want a couch the color of Barbies horse in your house I would suggest staying far away from latte.

This couch is horrible. Have had it for almost two years and it’s still stiff as ever. Wouldn’t buy again.

I like the color it is exactly as pictured. It is so stiff and I hope it gets soft as we are using it. The ottoman in the picture looked larger but it is smaller than expected. Overall it worth for the price we paid. Also for shipping, there wasn't any specific instructions so after not receiving the package on set date I had to contact seller and find out about delivery instructions.
