I love the different tensions in this set and the color coding helps to pick out the one you want to use that day easily. They are very well made and so easy to use for whatever exercise you are doing with them.

I use these for back rows. I use my Lat pull down machine to hold them. I use all but the 20 pound one, I love it. Saved me having to buy a Lat machine with low row attachment.

Very good set of workout bands for $20 I've been using these for a couple weeks now haven't had any problems or issues with them seem to be holding up just fine would definitely recommend

This is my 4th band set as most manufacturers go out of business after a year or so. They work but do have a comfortable elasticity to them. Almost like there is some plastic mixed in with the rubber. They do their job but feel like they could snap at any time. As of 4/27/23 and about 30 uses of mild activity there has been no malfunctions so I cannot fully say they are a valueless product. I will update at the 6 month mark Sept.

I use this ball with all of my clients as well as in my own workouts. Perfectly round, not egg-shaped like some of other cheap balls. Good grip on the surface too.

Stating that I’ve never used different ones before as a starting point, I find them great and easy to use-incorporate in your daily workout.They are well built and the handle is wide. I do have big hands and that’s important for me.Changing to different bands is easy and fast. And there are hundreds of exercises on YouTube on how to use them.I use them wfh in between meeting. But if the opportunity arises I go out with them and do some upper body or abs training without the need of any other gadgets or particular setup.At this price range, it’s a no brainer. They are fun, we’ll built and add a bit of freedom for those who might feel trapped at home and want to workout outdoors
