Best low carb pasta!
This is the best low-carb or bean-based pasta I have tried. I've tasted chickpea, lentil, black bean, mung bean, etc, etc. Note that Chef's Kiss sells two versions of their high protein, high fiber, low carb pasta. This one (ALL lupin) is very good. The other version (lupin and lentil) I did *not* like. It has a totally different texture to this. This product, all lupin pasta, tastes great with marinara sauce or fresh basil pesto.

Delicious low carb, high protein pasta
Huge fan of this low carb high protein pasta! It’s very hearty, delicious, and easy to make. As someone on a plant-based, low carb/ sugar diet, this is perfect.

not bad at all
decided i would try lupin noodles again, first brand wasn’t very good.. 2 servings of this brand was not bad at all mixed with lots of spicy meat pasta sauce.. the sauce offset the slight dryness texture these have.. for 1 net carb per serving, i am good with the results i got making these and i think they are better than most low net carb pastas i’ve tried (especially way better than konjac and palmini noodles).. slicing egglife wraps and boiling them for 2 minutes is still however my favorite ‘noodles’ with pasta sauce but, these will do since i cannot find the plain egglife wraps most times..The cooking time is way off IMO. i ended up turning heat back up to a gentle boil and boiling these 3-4 minutes extra i believe it was, basically until i thought the texture wasn’t chalky & pasty like lima beans.. this resulted in them being more like pasta noodles after mixed with some sauce…which you need cause i don’t think these would be good just as buttered noodles..overall, happy with these, am glad they only contain 2 ingredients since i’m on keto for therapeutic reasons and try to avoid products with unneeded ingredients most times.. Price however is a bit much IMO, each box only has 4 serving in them and you pretty much need 2 serving for a main meal like i made in pic (that is 2 serving of noodles on plate)…so basically you are paying $6.25 per meal just for the noodles alone (or 3.13 if only using one serving)..

Not a good choice for taste.
If you are looking for pasta alternative, look elsewhere. This product has its own merit, lots of vegetable proteins. But the taste is a no-no. It also converts into a glue-like blob and catches in my throat. And the price us painful.

Tread lightly—this pasta wrecked me
I usually never leave reviews for anything, but I feel compelled to this time in hopes of sparing someone the misery I experienced last night after eating this Lupin pasta. I had projectiles coming out of both ends for 3 straight hours—it was absolute agony.I have no known food allergies or intolerances, and this lupin pasta was the only thing I ate. Whether it was a severe intolerance or food poisoning, I can’t say for sure, but I won’t be taking the risk again. Some important info for anyone unfamiliar with Lupin:Lupin is a legume related to peanuts and soy, and it's a common hidden allergen. It can cause intense digestive reactions—even in people who have never had food allergies before. It’s also a known cross-reactive allergen for people with peanut allergies or mild sensitivities to legumes.Just wanted to share in case this helps someone else avoid what I went through. Tread lightly!

You’ll be making pasta daily!
Best low carb pasta I’ve found thus far as a T1D! They’re super delicious and the texture is on point. There’s no weird flavor, either.

Great for diabetics
This is one of those foods you need to purchase and eat with the right mindset. It is NOT the same as white wheat pasta! But, as a type 2 diabetic with strict blood sugar goals (120 or less after eating) and no medication, I'm just thrilled to be able to eat any sort of pasta. The flavor is decent and the texture is decent, but it's more fragile than normal pasta - you don't want to have to stir it a ton after you add other ingredients to the cooked pasta. It's also best if you pair it with a thicker, more flavorful sauce because it's pretty hearty, or at least pair it with other ingredients that have a lot of flavor. A bowl of it with just butter and parmesan probably won't wow you. It's pretty decent though and the nutritional profile and ingredients are excellent!I have a family with small kids and usually we all just eat the same diabetes friendly dish, but this pasta is SO expensive that I cook Banza or Barilla Protein Plus pasta for my husband and kids and then this for me.All in all, I'm quite pleased with this pasta. I use edamame spaghetti or tofu shirataki noodles if I want longer pasta, then this for shorter and am pretty happy with it!

5 stars from a foodie
I just wanted to give this a review for all the people contemplating because this product has mixed reviews. These noodles are GREAT!!! I wasn’t a big pasta person before but I missed my Mac n cheese. I love a good plate of Mac n cheese. I was raise by my aunt who was born in 1918. She made everything by scratch. That should tell you something right there!!! She practically taught me how to cook. These noodles are great! Personally, I’ve always had them with something. I couldn’t eat them plain, but even with sauce, the math always maths. The texture isn’t weird. The taste isn’t overbearing. Most important, I’m still losing weight while eating these (22 lbs down since 12/22) They’re perfect for me. I made homemade Caesar Alfredo pasta here. Plant based heavy cream simmered with butter and herbs: basil, thyme, garlic, onion powder, parley, oregano, rosemary, dill. Bake chicken, add these noodles and Romain lettuce with some croutons. Omgggggg!!! Even my 17 and 18 yo say the taste good. That’s a lot for teenagers to say the noodles are good. Highly recommend. This is my second purchase and I will always have these in stock going forward. Thank you to the seller 😁
