This pillow is amazing!! I wish there was a way to keep the stuffing up by the head better. I just hold it by the feet and shake the fluff down. I also wish it was a little longer. I’m 5’6” and it’s just barely long enough when I have my knees bent but I’d love to straighten my legs out a little more.I love having both sides supported! I bought this because it kept waking me up turning from one side to the other and having to move my knee pillow around under my blankets. Now I can toss and turn without waking up so I’m sleeping much better! I am not pregnant, but need that front and back support. I also like to use the legs under my knees when I sleep on my back to flatten my back out.Overall, I think this pillow is amazing!! The only improvements I’d ask for is a way to keep my fluff when I want it and need it. And make it a little longer so it can be used with my legs stretched out a little longer.

I love this pillow! I got it pretty early on in pregnancy when I first started having pain in my hips. Now I can't imagine sleeping without it. The firmness is perfect for me, but if you're looking for something really fluffed up and firm, you might be disappointed. This one is more soft and squishy. I got the silky gray version and I really like the material. It's soft and cool to the touch, though I'm not sure I would call it "cooling" -- although maybe I should give the pillow more credit for the fact that I didn't completely melt over this insanely hot summer.

Not pregnant but I do have chronic pain. This pillow is super comfortable and I can still sleep 3/4ths onto my stomach without issue, which is my sleep sweet spot. (You know, not on the side, not on my stomach, but somewhere in between.) Also, if I curl it up into a sort of rose during the day, it's a comfy bed for my kitty.I still need to figure out how to take the cover off to wash it, but I also haven't spent a lot of time trying to figure it out.

UPDATE: The seller very kindly reached out to me and apologized. I must have just gotten a defective item because they sent me a new one free of charge and it was absolutely perfect. It was very clean and fluffy and I’m sleeping so comfortably now. It’s the first time in months I’ve actually slept through the night!!! I’m so glad I decided on this pillow. I would 100% recommend!! Thank you Queen for your wonderful customer service!I’m 4 months pregnant and I’m already starting to have pain while sleeping. I was so excited to get this pillow in the mail after doing days of research I thought I finally chose the best one. Unfortunately when I removed the pillowcase to wash it first and at the top of the pillow is this black stain. Not sure what it could be from. The padding is also all separated where my head would go. I’m not sure if it’s because it needs to inflate more but either way I’d rather not chance using a used pillow. Will return.

My wife loves it. We have bought a few of other brands they fell apart in the wash. Also had them flatten out and won't come back. I found this brand an told my wife to try it. The 💰 wasn't half of what the others cost. She loves it never flattens down an can wash it. My daughter in law now wants one . 10 out of 10

This pillow was a lifesaver after surgery. All the pics show it for pregnancy and the women using it lying on their sides, but it’s incredible also for keeping you on your back and supporting you so you can SLEEP! I can’t even say how wonderful it is. I actually got attached to it and wanted to keep using it when I didn’t need it any more but my husband thinks it takes up too much room in the bed. The only thing is the washable cover is pretty hard to wrestle on (it comes with the pillow, but not on it), so make sure you put the cover on BEFORE the surgery because you can’t use your arms afterward. Absolutely a lifesaver.

This pillow is very comfy and was what I needed to sleep better. It’s not always perfect with getting the belly in a comfy spot and I still wake up with back pain, but this has helped a lot and I sleep better.The sides do tend to separate a little far at times and requires some readjusting- a velcro or tie would be great to help keep them from splitting too far, at least for a more petite person, as I really have to pull them close together. Overall works well, though. I even put my own pillow on it a lot of times and can sleep a little more propped up.Bonus - the dogs LOVE it 😉

I guess I’m giving this product 4 stars because it’s not too bad. I feel like 1 side is more flat than the other side. I always feel like I’m shaking & patting it all to get it equal. It’s not like the picture. From when I first got it, it’s been this way. It is comfortable though. I had lumbar decompression surgery.

It’s definitely useful, having a pillow all around during pregnancy helps a lot. But can’t get your blanket too much near your neck because it gets hot as you are surrounded by the pillow. It’s a great support for the back when you are lying on your side. It didn’t fluff up fully even after 48 hours like they show in the picture. But it’s not too bad stuffing also. It has quite a bit of stuffing for support. Overall it’s a good purchase and helps me with the support I need during sleeping in my pregnancy.

I’m surprised how many good reviews this has. I bought it and returned it. Granted I’m not pregnant but I bought it to help with my back pain from a previous injury bc I’m a side sleeper and I wanted support but it was too bulky for the winter as you can’t have this under your covers. My neck was always uncomfortable and it didn’t help support my back as I’d hoped.
