Pretty but not as bright as I thought and no instructions

Sent a defective package as marked by the company.
The butterflies are ok. Nothing special and the sparkle is very minimal. I would say 3.5/5 but they sent me a package missing one of the butterflies (and had even marked it as such on their packaging).
