Burned out in less than 5 months
I bought this in October and I loved it! Made such a difference for me and my clients. However, I noticed it would shut off at random. Now, 5 months later, it burned out. It turned off and you could smell it had burned. Glad it won’t turn back on, but honestly, not happy considering the cost and the short time I’ve had it. So sad!

Small but powerful
The media could not be loaded. It’s small in size but come with filters and is powerful plus it has 2 modes high and low. I wish it was cordless

Broke in 10 months, don’t waste your money
i have been following manufacturers upkeep recommendations but it died at 10 months and their customer service hadn’t been particularly helpful so $300 for a vacuum that wouldn’t last even a year. very disappointed
