This is Awesome!
I am so happy I found this. Soft fresh butter is the BEES KNEES! Only thing is the magnet that keeps the cork bottom on and easy to adjust the date is a bit weak, but it's not an issue. I also noticed that I probably don't need the date thingy like I thought because when the butter is soft you go through it so much faster! LOL I usually end up replacing it every few uses and it's brilliant!

Soft butter
I don't know the science of this butter dish, but it keeps the butter soft. Just know that I bought it in winter time and so far it works perfectly well.

No more hard butter!
I love this, and the fact that water is used to "seal" the butter results in longer lasting butter than simply using a butter dish. The only down side is remembering to change the water regularly. The notations on the bottom of the holder are to remember what day to change the water - It's not the butter bell's fault that I forget!

Soft butter
Nice to have soft butter for toast. Natural butter is so much better for you than margarine. I am very pleased with the results from the product. Soft butter ready to use!
