I've taken these for a couple of weeks now and nothing, I mean absolutely nothing, has changed in my life except that I'm out some money for trying these gummies! I didn't lose any weight, my appetite wasn't suppressed, and I still wanted to snack all the time. These gummies didn't help one bit and they don't even taste that good to enjoy eating them as just a snack (which of course, they're not meant to be). So, they are just a waste of money and I have 1 1/2 bottles of these worthless things to throw in the trash! BUYER BEWARE!!
