Good camera. Does what it advertises.Key features that I tested -<> Good image quality, can zoom on image.<> Camera can be rotated via app/website, horizontal 360 degree, vertical around 160 degree.<> Video is accessible from app and website, multiple devices can view and control the device simultaneously. If logging in from the same id, camera is already saved to the account.<> Video recording and image snapshots can be taken from the app.<> Good night vision. Can automatically switch to day/night mode depending on the ambient light.<> Settings to select video quality (auto available) and day/night mode (auto available).<> SD card slot for on-device recording (not tested).<> 2-way audio is working, can speak to people around the camera remotely.<> In case of internet disconnection or power loss, device automatically comes online once internet and power is restored. However, changing the Wi-Fi connection will require it to be reconfigured.<> Easy to set up and user-friendly interface. Automatic firmware updates.<> Ceiling mount and screws provided in the box.<> Warranty registration process is easy.Overall, feature rich, user-friendly, good quality and value for money.

Excellent PTZ camera in a good budget!Perfect 360° viewing.The motion detection is cute. 😁Although it captures motion along the rotating axis, the lens will not move up or down.For ex: Imagine that you install the camera (upside down) in the centre of a room, and then focus the lens on any edge of the room. Now, stand at that edge, and move towards the camera, and stand directly below it. Here, it fails.Picture quality is quite decent.Best feature in the app here, is the ability to choose the picture quality. (Auto, Smooth, Standard, HD1080p)Night vision is also decent.The App is incredible! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻Plenty of configuration options for the camera.You even get to see the video transmission rate!The only feature missing is the ability to move the lens of the camera based on side mounting.It takes a while to understand the mechanics if you side mount this camera.Also, would have been nice if they would have had some rubber cover for the ports at the back, cuz dust and dirt is bound to get stuck there.

I got this to install on my main door of my house. The product came with camera, mount kit, power adapter and cable. The setup is very easy and once u download the app it is self explanatory.The recording can be captured on SD card or on cloud. I went for SD card which I purchased separately (which brand can provide as bundle) and installed. SD is able to record and keep almost 45 days of recording before it is overwritten. Cloud options are very costly. Recording is 30 mins long one after which new recording is created.App on ios is ok. However what is missing is the 2x or 3x playback from the app. For 2x/3x playback it need to be downloaded on your pc and you can use vlc player for the same. My recommendation to brand to to include this in their app.Another issue noticed is the wifi signal pickup capacity. While my other devices were able to pick up wifi where the camera is installed, product could not pickup signal. I had to use wifi extender for signal issue.Another issue is that product only supports 2.5Ghz network.Brand can work on these and product could become a good one.

Pros:Looks great and value for money product at first glance,good built quality , all in one camera has many functions..., good night vision despite many drawbacks. ,Cons: software is very slow and has lots of bugs hangs and lags all the time, also the other operations of camera from the software lag badly all the time, clarity is not very good on wifi(Not tested on ethernet ) , in motion detection the clarity becomes very bad , cloud recordings are in bits and pcs and it doesnt store clear and proper footage when camera detects people in motions it missed proper capturing all the time, cloud videos not accessible many times takes long time to load n open , also when its cloud servers hang it misses the footage all together for that time.All In all it had all the good features with huge bugs and lags in software and usage but company not interested to fix and readily accepts there are bugs and lags in software.doesnt work as described very poor performance . Too much lag and no follow up from customer care once u buy,Smart tracking tracks only horizontally not vertically a big drawback,My memory card became corrupt and unusable once installed on this camera ...I was able to retrieve the footage but it (sd card)is of no use now as the camera has corrupted it , sd tools needed to retrieve footage from memory card not possible to view memory card from phone ,I returned the camera as there was little or no follow up from customer support ...Thanks to amazon for the return policy otherwise this kind of unknown brands would never answer once u buy the product from the first day.they follow up properly and regularly until you buy the product but once bought call backs are not arranged as promised.Suggestion :Try imou,ezviz, cp plus, bluerams, tplink , google cams instead
