Good stuff, hard to find locally
Glad to find this again, as it’s hard to find n quantity locally. Mild taste (more woody than mapley) and quenching.

A crisp, dry, "hint-of-maple" seltzer tonic experience!
If you like a dry SELTZER this is actually quite intriguing. If youre after a potent or sweet maple experience, you're going to be disappointed. This seltzer provides a clean yet subtly complex flavor profile. At best I'd say it offers "a hint or two" of maple flavor. It's there, but your taste buds have to search for it. What truly shines through in this drink is a showcase of curious and earthy mineralities with its array of natural, unadulterated tannins...Let's not forget this stuff is literally straight-out-of-the-tree sap water here, and because of this, it offers quite a bit of micronutrient content--especially considering it's "just a seltzer drink."In an array of family and friend taste testing, I'd say the feedback it a 50/50 love it or hate it reaction. My seltzer-loving friends from NY can't get enough of this, but my heavy, pop-drinking Midwestern friends seem to despise it. All of the seltzer drinkers and health-nut friends see this as an interestingly different and "fresh" (the word many of them used to describe it) tonic-like drink. It is expensive, meaning I'm unlikely to reorder it much, but I have to say I do like it.**I would be interested in trying the soda version of this drink. I hear it might go well with bourbon? But again, it's expensive, and if I end up not liking it, I'd have to be stuck with $50 worth of product.** So SAP! Guys, if you're out there and want to send me a soda or two to try out, I'd gladly offer up my honest review here for others. **You might consider offering a sample can of the soda and birch drinks with a customer's order of a case. At $50 a case, it's a bit too pricey for us to take a chance on, but it wouldn't cost you guys much to throw a can of the other two products in with our case-sized orders, you know?

Ultra drinkable, light, refreshing, maple-bodied seltzer that is my go-to beverage
SAP Maple Seltzer is super drinkable, light, soothing on the throat with the perfect amount of carbonation, and with a subtle hint of maple sweetness. It's way healthier than ordinary sodas, and way more interesting than ordinary flavored sparkling waters. At $2.50/can it is fairly expensive, but no other soda, seltzer, or sparkling water comes even close to the drinkability and taste. I'm definitely reordering.

Just ok, wouldn’t order again. Was intrigued after watching shark tank about product, but not something I would reorder. I much prefer Pellegino over this, and is much much much cheaper.
