The media could not be loaded. The tub came in a very timely manner and was packaged really well - no damage or visible problems. We had issues with a sensor but the company was very good about sending a replacement and that worked well. The features are so much nicer than the product description. The bluetooth in the background in the video is a radio station but you can hear the tub running and the bluetooth at the same time and judge for yourself if it is loud enough. Personally I think for music it is fine but for speaking it is hard to hear. Love this tub and the features.

Tub was a bit tricky to install. Electrician did not want to install as there were no UL approval stickers but I connected with Customer Service and they immediately within minutes responded with documentation that it is indeed UL approved so that was resolved. I'm not good with technology so the instruction panel took a minute to figure out - thanks to help again from customer service which was immediate, I got all functions working properly. Beautiful tub and excellent quality! Looks MUCH more expensive than it is.

We bought this tub as part of a Master bath remodel and it installed great and I love all the features .

Love the waterfall, the shower head, the colored light!! Comfortable too.

Had the tub for over two years now and it's been good so far. Roomy enough for two, jets side and bottom, waterfall, light, checks all the boxes. Some notes. It took a bit to learn how to turn it on, had to read instructions several times. Got to touch power once then touch and hold till it powers up. Heater will not heat the water, it just maintains the temp you start with best it can. So learn where in the dial give you the temp you want for each time of year. Center position on the temp control get it to 97f in Texas in summer. In winter I have to push in the button and move it a little to the hot side for the same temp. Shutoff timer seems short for the jets so I touch the heater button to start them, that tricks it into bypassing the timer. After a hour it may still shut off but you can just power it back up and restart it. Can't find any other model with all these features that will fit in our bathroom so if it goes out we will be buying another one!
