My therapist suggested this product for me. It works very well and couldn’t have been easier to install. I really like the handles. They are easy to hold and don’t cage tour hands in like other models. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a product like this.

Has really helped my home PT go better than expected. The pulley does squeak a bit when I sit directly below it for some of my exercises, but nothing too bad, might just be my angle. Good little pulley for what I need, decently priced and comes with a handy storage bag.Easy to use, just put it over any door you have the room to move by, hallways might get a little confining!

Used for rehab after total shoulder replacement

Very simple design, easy to use and hang on a door for helping strengthening arm and shoulder muscles, where you create your own resistance as you exercise your affected muscles. It is used by my 80+ year-old mother and she uses it routinely as part of her physical therapy regimen to help arm and shoulder pain relief. It works well for her recovery and is adjustable (for length), comfortable on hands (well padded), and featherweight for portability. Hanging from a door proved challenging for her (but I did with minimal effort), so keep this in mind if that is your intended application.
