I love these gel pads for keeping my feet from sliding forward in some of my sandals. They are very sticky but pull up easily as I did several times to reposition them. My feet run towards narrow and often times sandals are looser than I'd like. These help solve the problem by taking up a bit of space and keeping my foot in the correct place. I don't know if they are thick enough to help someone who has foot pain, but they fit my purpose very well. I have re ordered more!

Had a nice pair of dress sandals that were too big in the front. My foot slid forward every time. After putting the pads in, I was able to walk much more easily. They provided some cushion so I was even able to dance at a wedding without having to change to flats!

Prodotto ben fatto. Rende molto comoda la calzata della scarpa e ottimo ausilio per il plantare. Qualità differente rispetto ad altri prodotti. Morbido e spesso, può servire anche per scarpe un po' lunghe e per favorire uso delle scarpe alte. Molto consigliati!
