I was skeptical of this but leg cramps were waking me up every single night to the point that I was losing sleep and figured it was worth a try. I’ve had one night with a cramp in the 3+ weeks I’ve been taking this. I also feel like I‘ve been sleeping better. The flavor is not great but I chug it so it’s no big deal.

This is by far the best flavor of the brand. It reminds me of watermelon jolly ranchers, which I love. So if you don't love those, you might not love this stuff. I prefer to mix this with about a cup of hot water, then add a few ice cubes once it's dissolved. I can't drink a bunch of water right before bed or I'll be up all night peeing so I prefer to just drink a small concentrated amount. This flavor also masks the salty taste of electrolytes so its great to add a little for my husband. He says this combined with the electrolytes has totally eliminated his muscle cramps and he can tell when he forgets to take it. He goes to the gym daily so the added electrolytes are a must for him. My only gripe is that it's expensive. I really wish they sold bulk containers. With two people having a serving every night, it goes quickly.

For literally years, I have suffered from terrible insomnia because of restless muscles, especially in my legs. I've tried numerous prescriptions and supplements, none of which really did the trick- which was give me a night of good, restful sleep. Based on good reviews, I ordered and started using Natural Vitality Calm Specifics Calmful Muscles and have slept like a baby every night since! Not the slightest feeling of achy or restless muscles the entire night, and that was on the smallest recommended dose (taken about an hour before bedtime). I even like the taste- watermelon flavored.I tried it once without dissolving in hot water first, but it definitely worked better when I did. Apparently there is a chemical interaction that takes place when it fizzes. I just add a bit of hot water, let it fizz, then add cold water and stir. Highly recommended for anyone with restless legs or muscles achy from exertion!

I love this product. It relaxes my muscles, especially the legs, and Isleep peacefully.

I love the flavor. I wish this flavor was available in other versions of Natural Calm as I don't like the strong taste of stevia-sweetened raspberry or lemon. This product works well and has stopped me from having muscle cramps. The downside is that it costs the same as other natural calm products but with half the volume, meaning you pay double for it. I can understand it costing a little more to have a few extra minerals in there but not double. Also it is WAYYY too fizzy. A tiny bit of hot water is enough to make the cup fizz over and make a giant mess. Pro tip: put a couple tablespoons of water in the cup first and then stir the product in slowly. This saves a lot of effort and waste with trying not to have a giant mess on the counter.

Helps with sleep and sore muscles.

This is the best calm I have ever tried. I have been taking the Raspberry Lemon for many years and usually have to use a lot of lemon to neutralize the sweet taste. With this one, all I need a about 1 or 2 table spoons of lemon. The name of this product says it all. It actually calms my muscles. All the little aches and pains I've been dealing with for years have just disappeared. Amazing!

I found the flavor to bitter when using warm water but better when chilled or ice added. Another issue is that it seems to fizzle more than just the regular natural calm which makes mixing difficult, which also leads to another issue of it not dissolving well. I purchased this flavor and type of natural calm because I was recently diagnosed with an inflammatory disease. I have yet to notice any positive effects from drinking this one. I'll post back if and when those happen. Overall the flavor is good, chilled with some serious stirring required. I don't believe I'll be buying this variety again.
