ELS PET Automatic Cat Water Fountain - USB Ultra-Quiet 1.5L Translucent Mini Tank for Small to Medium Cats

After 3 years i need a new one but this was a very good investment my cat lovea freah water. Cant beat the price ill order a new:-)

This is my second one of these fountains from ELS pet and I have to say it was pretty good for the first month on both of them but they very quickly went downhill no matter how often I tried all the troubleshooting. The current one barely puts out enough water for my kitty to drink, it doesn't even leave any in the dish it just trickles down the fountain part. Extremely disappointed with these fountains. Since I'm out of the return window I guess they're trash or recycling. What a waste of money and resources.

It is a very cute fountain but the pump didn't pump. Lights came on and sensors work but that is it. Well be exchanging and will update as soon as new one arrives.New one arrive and it works great. Customer service was wonderful.

This was really nice the first couple months. It was a good size for 2 cats. I added water every 4-5 days and cleaned it every 8-10 days. After the last cleaning it stopped filling the reservoir and was more of a trickle than a fountain. If it was just my one cat we could make do because he drinks exclusively from the trickle part, but the other kitty has a flat face and she likes to drink from the basin and she can't drink as easily now. I'm past my date for return.If it worked like it did when we first got it this would be a 5 star review. It's quiet, it's the perfect size for our needs, it's not difficult to refill and I like the little light up feature.

It’s MUCH smaller than I expected it to be. The weird thing was, I received an apology in an email from the seller 2 days before I even received this fountain regarding the size.The cat in the product photos must have been a kitten because this fountain is really small!!They should work on their product photos and descriptions because what is given is misleading!The filters looked like those silica pods you get in pill bottles. There were several stuffed into a little compartment around the outside of the pump. I don’t know how these could ever be replaced. I’ve never seen anything like it.The fountain was so small I’d have to keep filling it several times daily.My cats didn’t want to use it at all. They just sat at a distance and watched it. It’s not quiet either. I could hear it hum from the next room. I don’t think my cats liked the sound either. They wouldn’t go near it. None of them tried drinking from it. It’s just a total waste of time.It doesn’t seem very durable. It’s make of a hard styrene-like plastic. There are clips on the sides to hold the top on that are difficult to open and close. Cleaning it was a nuisance. The pump is very small, too. Can we say cheap. That’s the only word I could use to describe it.Don’t waste your time with this one. Like all the others I purchased in the past, my cats didn’t want anything to do with this one and it was returned for a refund. You get what you paid for with this. It’s not worth the consideration, time or money spent.

The media could not be loaded. Very quickly my cat got accustom to the fountain and you can see he is delighted drinking from it. Otherwise he has to share a little plastic bowl where crows and pigeons come and drink. I use a little power bank that I have to put it to work and so I put the fountain inside his house... you can see in the video. I am very happy with it and even though it is very small it is beautiful and I will not wanted any bigger. Is perfect for my cat, Nimer.

So the first one i received I set it all up according to the instructions, motor didn’t work, very frustrating! Had to mess with getting a new one, new one arrived & im not very impressed. Very small in size, does not flow out of spouts as shown in pics, it hardly trickles out. The water basin hardly holds any water, so it’s more of a thin layer of water than a bowl of water. Honestly would not recommend & I will be looking into buying a different one. Extremely disappointed & dissatisfied!! Don’t waste your money on this one!!

Very easy to set up and clean. Perfect for my cat. I absolutely love how quiet it is. You don't hear it on at all. The light is also convenient to know when to refill and a nice nightlight. I'm very satisfied and so is my baby.
