I stopped using pillows for years because I never received adequate neck support. My neck and upper back would ache or tweek no matter if I purchased a soft/medium/firm pillow. I saw this ergonomic pillow and decided what the heck. It has been the Best pillow choice I’ve ever made. So much support. I have had it for a cpl of weeks and my neck/shoulder have not ached. I can sleep on my side with full support. I even purchased one for my hubby who has headaches due to neck pain. We are Very satisfied!

This is very flat and not fluffy like pictures. Will be returning it.

This pillow is the most comfortable I ever owned. I don’t wake up because my neck is uncomfortable. I’ve had the best nights of sleep since I got it. I slept through the night without waking at all.

Was okay on 1st couple nights but after that it felt hard. It wasn't flat as other reviews state but it was hard. If the pillow was memory foam it might have been more successful. Also I had to flip it in order to switch from side sleep to sleeping on my back.

No neck support what so ever.

I am not sure this will hold up over time.
