Computer stopped working
The computer stopped working 8 months after being purchased. When we sent the computer to Lenovo, we found out that the computer was already out of warranty because it was placed in service 9 months prior to being purchased. In addition, the hard drive was replaced with a non-Lenovo hard drive which was put in by the reseller. This ultimately ended up causing bitlocker issues and the computer stopped working.
