The patch is well made and has a good stitched border . I have it stitched to the bag I use for carrying my portable nebulizer. It's just to bring attention to the fact the bag is for medical reasons,so it's not going to be mistaken for a bag carrying anything like wallets phones etc and it will be left alone by anyone with sticky fingers .it is a bright patch and stands out on the bag. This patch should let all and sundry know it's a medical bag and it could help if I have an attack when I'm out and about.
