I purchased the old version of this product in September of 2023 and it felt a little flimsy and stopped charging after 6 months. I shared my experience as a review on Amazon and Hearprotek reached out to me to offer a full refund. I was so impressed that a company would actually keep an eye on reviews and stand behind their product like that that I decided to give the brand another chance. I’m glad I did because the new version feels far more substantial and the charging port feels better built (no movement within the port with the charger or failure to connect). It’s only been 2.5 months but so far so good. The product is very comfortable to sleep in and the sound quality is pretty good for such a small, in ear headphone. The wired connection ensures that you don’t lose earbud if it falls out in the middle of the night. Its Bluetooth connection is very reliable. If I had one recommendation for the next version of the product design it would be to provide a variety of ear bud sizes / replacements for more specific ear canal fit. It’s a very minor issue but I wish the ear buds were slightly larger. For example, I have a set of JBL buds that I use for running and they come with a variety of ear buds that ensures a perfect fit.

I had purchased the previous version of these earbuds. They fit good but did have issues, one died in about a year, second set had low sound from one earbud.With that said at this price I couldn't help but try these out to see if they had fixed some of the quality issues with the newer version.I have tried many different sleep buds or small ear buds. These are the best for fit and comfort. The headband ones make you sweat and sound horrible. I have beats pro and if you lay on your side your in pain in less than 30 minutes. I haven't tried Airpods but have had per ear buds. Not as comfortable and they fall out. Finding them in bed at 3am not fun!Pros -Wireless but with neck band, thought this was bad till tried it, won't go back to individual budsFits in ear even better. Update:The company offered me a refund, which I happily accepted, and used to buy another set of the older style. They may not sound quite as good, but are so much more comfortable for me.Original post:They seem to work better in general, staying connected better and the voice is less annoying.But they are more uncomfortable than the last ones. Those were soft and squishy, but the sound quality suffered a little. These sound a tiny bit better, but are hard and can ache after a bit. If you don't put much weight on your ears, they are great. Just not for me. They also have less battery time. The last ones were over 20 hours, these are only 13.

Worked great while they lasted. The sound isn't incredible, but considering the price point, I wasn't looking for that anyway. Connected right away, battery easily lasted me about 15 hours of use. But around the 6 month mark, it just completely went haywire. It took a few seconds to even play audio after connecting, and when it did it was spotty, constantly going in and out. Volume control stopped working as well, it would no longer allow me to use my phone's volume buttons to adjust, I had to use the ones on the headphones or it wouldn't work at all. It won't turn off unless I turn off Bluetooth on my phone first and then hold the power button down. I suppose this is to be expected as well considering the price, but I was hoping it would at least last a year before I had to replace it.

These sleep headphones have decent sound quality and are extremely comfortable even for side-sleeping but the quality and longevity make these headphones bottom-tier at best! I purchased my most recent pair of headphones on December 27th, today is January 27th and as of early this morning, the headphones no longer turn on. They charge but do not work! That's 4 weeks! However, this is just the beginning of the story. I purchased the earlier version of these headphones on October 20th, 2023. So the order I placed on December 27th was to replace the ones I purchased in October... That's two months of use before they no longer worked. The only reason I even considered purchasing this brand again was that there was a new model... Yet same result. The story doesn't end there. I had purchased a pair of these same headphones six months prior... that pair lasted the longest, but six months of life is not a consumer-worthy product. My suggestion, and likely where I may go after this, spend the money and buy the Soundcore sleep headphones. I know the battery life is not great but, but Soundcore is a legitimate brand that makes products that last.

Son súper cómodos, la batería dura muchísimo; una excelente opción para meditar, yoga nidra, sonidos relajantes. El material es bueno, son suaves y al dormir con ellos no molestan en lo absoluto, ni se siente que los tienes puestos.

Rutschen nicht heraus und falls doch mal etwas kaputt geht oder ein Stöpselaufsatz verloren geht, steht direkt das zweite Paar bereit. Bis jetzt aber gibt es noch keinerlei Mängel, die mir aufgefallen sind, nach ca. 1 Monat im Einsatz. Der Silikon-Aufsatz rutscht nicht wie bei anderen ab. Die Stöpsel bleiben sicher und ohne Druck auszuüben (!) im Ohr auch für längere Zeit (besser als Ohropax meiner Erfahrung nach, habe kleine Gehörgänge). Der ganze Hörer ist weich geformt, so dass man beim Liegen auf dem Ohr keinerlei feste Plastikteile spürt, die drücken würden. Die Klangqualität ist für mich als Laien wunderbar - kein blecherner Sound, Rasseln oder dergleichen. Das Kabel verheddert sich leicht zu einem Knäul, wie es eben solche gummierten Kabel gern tun. Besonders toll ist, dass der Stecker geknickt ist, so dass beim Einstecken ins Handy, das Handy trotzdem hochkant aufgestellt werden kann und das Audiokabel dabei nicht abgeknickt wird (wenn man beispielsweise im Liegen das Handy auf die Brust stellt und etwas anschaut). Rundherum empfehlenswert! Für den Preis hätte ich nicht so gute Qualität und Zufriedenheit erwartet.

J'ai acheté ces écouteurs pour pouvoir écouter de la musique, des bruits relaxants et de l'ASMR la nuit. Je possède un casque de bien meilleure qualité, le Bose QC25, mais il n'est clairement pas adapté à une utilisation nocturne, d'où l'achat de ces écouteurs.Deux paires d'écouteurs pour ce prix, c'est clairement très intéressant. Je ne m'attendais d'ailleurs pas à en recevoir deux paires ; j'ai dû sauter une ligne en lisant la description. Madame est ravie de cette surprise, en tout cas !La qualité sonore est... convenable. Ce serait mentir que de prêter à ces écouteurs des qualités qu'ils ne possèdent pas ; cela dit, pour mon utilisation, c'est tout à fait suffisant. Ce ne sont clairement pas des écouteurs pour audiophiles, et en même temps, ils n'en ont pas la prétention.Les écouteurs sont confortables, restent bien en place la nuit malgré mes mouvements, ne me provoquent ni gêne ni douleur... j'ai eu un peu de mal à faire tenir celui de gauche au départ, mais c'est lié à ma morphologie, pas au produit en lui-même. GROS POINT POSITIF, je peux dormir sur le côté avec sans ressentir la moindre gêne !En bref, ce sont des écouteurs confortables, avec une qualité sonore décente pour leur prix, et qui sont surtout faits pour une utilisation nocturne. Pour une utilisation diurne uniquement, on peut sûrement chercher un meilleur son ailleurs.Je mets un 5/5 global puisqu'ils conviennent parfaitement à mes attentes ;)

Słuchawki kupione do korzystania podczas spania (głównie na boku) i tu sprawdzają się dobrze. Są wygodne i bez problemu można w nich wytrzymać kilka godzin. Na minus: brak wymiennych wkładek silikonowych i ledwie poprawna jakość dźwięku przy słuchaniu muzyki (do audiobooków są ok).

Acheté pour m'isoler durant la nuit afin de ne plus être gêné par les charmants voisins qu'on retrouve de plus en plus dans les immeubles de nos jours (claquements de portes quelque soit les heures du jour, du matin, de la nuit ..., cris et autres joyeusetés du respect d'autrui ....).Résultat : parfait pour moi au niveau de l'isolation sonore en utilisant une appli de bruit blanc. Je fais un mix bruit blanc et bruit rose pour la nuit et je suis tranquille !Niveau confort, on peut en effet dormir sur le côté sans soucis. En ce qui me concerne, j'ai parfois besoin de repositionner un peu les écouteurs mais ça tient bien. Une version bluetooth serait parfaite car le fils reste parfois un soucis.
