Got this for 12000/- and I must say for 12k its one of the best products out there.... Few cons are like bloatwares, 6.8" screen is to some extent too big and can't be used single handed(can be used but it's risky...)Had a talk with the carlcare. So they have spare parts needed for this phone... So after sales service is ok.... Games, all runs very smoothly, no gyro delay.... HiOS is bit complex with too many features which misses few important once.... Donno about updates... The phone definitely is fast... App loading time and installation time are actually quite quick....It might not fell too big in hand but while using it might... I won't talk about cameras since this is not a camera centric phone....Though the cameras are decent and does the job.... It's a gamming phone not a camera and it does so.... Battry last long enough.... But here's a catch ... The fast charging stops after 90% and then charging is quite slow.... Slower than a 10 watt charger but till 90% its very fast.... For me it goes more than a day with 1hr of bgmi gameplay.... Sound quality is decent not very loud and on some day might feel low.... But it has DTS sound settings with is good... Btw it has a front LED flash ....

I am writing the review after using it for 4 days)6000 mAh battery. You can check battery health through Phone Master app pre-installed in the device.8 GB dual channel actual RAM and 13 GB with extention.128 GB ROM.6.8" very nice display (not AMOLED but it's completely soothing to eyes and gives good user experience)About the purchase :I purchased it in republic day sale for Rs. 8100 on exchange of old Redmi phone + Rs. 800 off on card. Got an OTA update of 576 MB as soon as the device got connected to the internet.Some of the customers mentioned in their reviews that they received the device with scratch on the phone screen. Nothing was like with me. I received it as a brand new phone.No lags in watching any video or playing games.RAM usage by the device is around 3.8 GB (out of 8 GB) with no apps open which is normal due to some needed apps have been pre-installed by the company to check whether the device hardware is working properly. So don't bother about it.

This phone battery inflated after 16 month moderate use... screen brightness dimmed...sound power decrease day by day...

After 5 months touch stops working and you have to lock-unlock it to work again.You will experience normal lag.

If you just want a decent phone with almost all modern features go for this. HiOS is the only problem or the Android installed with this device. A lot of problems with viewing internet messages(SMS but from providers and not real people sending SMS) and surfing the browser in chrome. Other than that, everything is super nice.If you have used or interacted with HiOS and you like it then this device is dream come true. Amazing camera, processor speed( CPU/GPU top of the class), and no heating issues at all, large display, NFC for payments, 4G speed, WiFi 5GHz support high-speed internet, a Very very good battery of at least 1 day, I don't use much so I get around 3 days backup, if I play games and use the phone extensively it is 1 day as battery backup.overall best phone for the money you spend. Instead of buying those classy 5G phones which are over rates too much, this is best for now.

Having bought 2 piece and after using nearly 1 year. I think I can give non biased review.Decent screen size for it's prize. Camera is at best mediocre.There was serious hanging problem that makes the phone un-useable like not being able to pickup calls. But software update fixed the issues.Probably best value for money. Recommend for a budget phone. Go. For it

This phone is amazing at the budget.If all that matters for you is performance,this is what you should go for.Also its battery life is insane with its 6000mAH battery.I have played BGMI on it in the past three days after I got this phone.It runs like butter at Balanced Ultra!!According to this price point its very great.Cons....Only three things can be a con in this phone,1)The display could be given AMOLED but we cant ague for it in this price point..2)The camera is jzt average , but it too justifies the price point.3)The charging adaptor given is 18w and it takes time to charge the massive battery...Overall at this price point....JZT GO FOR IT.....
