These are great value for money! Stick well, nice discreet smallish size, transparent. I was not able to find step 1 anywhere, so started with step 1 branded patches. Theses stick a lot better and don't irritate my skin all for a third of the price! Win win!

Parches are good value for the money and easy to use.

These patches are as effective as any of the well known brands. I’ve tried all of them depending on price. They stick on well and don’t irritate my skin except when you peel it off there’s a slight redness but I get that with the others too. I saw some negative comments and just want to say that they are not a miracle replacement for smoking, you have to make the effort and combat some habits. These will decrease your urge for cigarettes. I’m still at an early stage and admittedly still have a couple of cigarettes but they are now not as enjoyable. Which is good.

I need these for work, and that's all I use them for. During the 7 - 8 hours I wear them, they do not irritate my skin at all - a minor miracle considering the issues I've had with other brands. Staves off the cravings, so I'm not chewing my knuckles and dreaming about the next cigarette break. The adhesive isn't great. A little sweat and the thing falls off. I solve this my putting a plaster/band aid over the top and they still work out cheaper than the old ones I purchased.

I have tried most of the available brands at 7mg strength and this one is by far the worst. I thought I would give it a try as it is cheaper than the competitors but the patches don't work.I can usually feel the effects of a 7mg patch within 2 hours quite noticeably but I felt nothing with these patches.I even put two on at the same time (so supposedly 14mg) and felt nothing at all, whereas when I've tried a 14mg patch in the past I get the tell-tale symptoms of too much nicotine - nausea, jitters etc.Waste of money.

I've been using this brand for patches for a while and has helped alot, but the step 3 box is a 'rip off ' because it's a the step 2 ripped in half so you pay the pay amount for less patches compares to buying step 2 and ripping it in half yourself and turning 30 days into 60 days .... I noticed these ones I could finally tolerate when they didn't cause any itch or irritation.Being able to tolerate them made a lot of difference, once I started wearing the patches all day ever day I finally was able to stop smoking. I also was able to go from wearing step 2 24/7 to just in the daytime.These are also probably the most affordable patches out there by far.
