Shows the true nature of Paine..
this book is as good as a history book can get really. It is short, but the language and how things are said sometimes needs a second look. Doesn't make him out to be a perfect person, and shows quit a bit of his true nature.

Common Sense
The old English that it is written in was difficult to follow sometimes. I would have to read and re-read some portions to fully understand. The premise for the book is excellent.
