After speak to the seller about the problem with the chain and sending them photos of this, they spoke to me and sent me a new chain right away. There services are great and the person I speak to was friendly and really helpful. Really happy with the item.

To flimsy 3 year old grandson opened the door with chain on and it fell apart

For the price this is surprising a strong product, arrived fast and very good values

Great, easy to fit but we did round a screw off trying to fit it. We found a replacement screw though

Used on an inside door that doesn't close properly and to stop the dogs getting in there. Not sure if I'd use it on a front or back outer door though

I re painted my front door so thought I would by a new chain to freshen up. It looks very clean and new. The fit was not quite the same as my last but I made it work.

Bought to attach to a busy board. Great for that
