These are exactly what you expect them to be, which is a soft foam pad that can be added to your underwear. Adding to some prior reviews, if you're wearing boxer shorts, then these are completely useless. However, if you wear boxer briefs or tighty whities, then these semi holding place.I went to the hardware store and bought a velcro strip which I added to the pad. The velcro strip lets it stick to the underwear so it doesn't move as much. If you're willing to spend $5 on a little velcro strip than, these can work pretty well.

First of all, I want to say that what I received was exactly what I expected, so no issue there. What I want folks to know is that I tried these in several different styles of underwear and they are uncomfortable and do not stay in place. You would almost need a specially made pair with a sleeve or pouch specifically for the pad to be effective. I'm sure that if you could keep it in place, it would be great.

These things are great and comfortable it's like a holder for your stuff it helps keep it all in place without moving around to much. Now this is not for those who are 9 on soft or have lemons hanging.... Ijs

The size of the insert is too thick, and not wide enough needs to be thinner and wider to be effective. I would not recommend to buy.
