One package was defective.
UPDATE: The seller reached out to me, refunded me for the leaking cartridges, and replaced them as well. There's been awesome communication with the seller as well.I bought 2 these packages for my husband's printer. He is an OTR truck driver and out at least 8 weeks. He just returned and went to change the ink in the printer (used to print permits) and found that not only was one leaking, neither worked. So we opened the second package, and that worked. The return window closed a week ago, so now we're stuck with 2 defective ink cartridges.

Mea Culpa
I have been using these recycled ink cartridges for a few months now. They are packaged well (just like the HP ones); they fit my ancient ink jet like they came with it; the print of black and colors is bright and stays fast -- nothing weird. Longevity remains to be seen, but I have used the same black cartridge for months and it shows no signs of demise. Bottom line : I cannot tell a difference between these ink cartridges and the brand new, one use ink EXCEPT they cost almost half as much.I have now used these cartridges and given them a real work out today. I printed 22 pages of word lists successfully. Then I printed 10 more pages, and 9 of those were smeared. I removed the cartridges (both color and black inks) and found ink all over the bottom of the cartridges. I am hoping they have not ruined my printer. I cannot seem to transfer a picture, but please know that they will hold up long enough for you to think my original review is accurate, and then, if you have the same experience I did, disaster.
