I am pleased with how well these temperature sensors work. I have sensors in the garage, kitchen and basement (for freezers) and one on the back deck (for the hot tub) and the all work perfectly.

In fact, we even tested one of the sensors in our car while parked, and it maintained a solid connection from the parking lot!As a pantry dedicated to helping feed the poor, ensuring the safety of our food is a top priority. These thermometers have been instrumental in keeping our supplies safe for our clients. I highly recommend them! The product is not only reliable but also user-friendly.We did encounter a minor issue where one of the sensors got unplugged, but the alarm system quickly alerted us with additional icons, allowing us to address the problem immediately. I bought this due to having 2 freezers full of food and the freezers have a little age on them. With the cost of food these days I can’t afford to loose any of it. These probes work perfectly and exactly like the description. The set up is insanely easy and you can choose the temp you set before getting alerted that the temperature has changed. You get alerts on the hub as well as on mobile phone. This will happen if someone has had the door open for a couple of minutes and the temp has changed out of the preselected range or for any reason the temperature changes.

The product itself does not come with instructions and directs the user to a YouTube video. I followed the instructions on the video exactly, but the Mocreo app would not allow me to select my product model and my device was not recognized via Bluetooth while it was in pairing mode. Unrelated to the setup issues, there is no way to monitor the freezer temp from the outside. We purchased this ahead of Hurricane Helene to monitor our chest freezer, but in the event of a power outage, the device will not work since it requires Wifi for logging. I wound up returning this product.

These units are very easy to install and setup. I have nine sensors on one hub. I was surprised at the distance they were able to connect. I really like the graphing capability. I have made changes on my commercial coolers once I saw they were going out of limits during defrost. I wish calling was one option for out of range notification. Email works but sometimes I miss them.
