Delivery was quick and the chairs fit a purpose as replacements for original ones.Not that straight forward to put together, you need 2 people and have to ensure that the screws line up properly before tightening them too much.Decent for the price, so can't expect them to be top quality.

Initially, a slight issue with some missing screws due to a trivial error on packing I would guess, but resolved without quibble or fuss by the merchant. The main point though, after what is undoubtedly a one off bump, are the chairs themselves that look fantastic, feel comfortable to sit on and were so easy to assemble (a packing necessity to save space on boxing up), that it took barely ten minutes thanks to clear, simple instructions included and a sturdy hex key to do it, so no tools needed. Beautiful deep red colour that has a plush, elegant look and frankly, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the product, especially after the customer care taken which is refreshing in this day and age.

Easy to set up seem sturdy and look nice. Care needs to be taken if putting on wood floors as they slide very easily.

this was the second set of two chairs i have brought and they are very sturdy and well worth the money, the only problem i had with my last set of chairs was that the bags of screws that comes with the chairs were all lose so i had to look for them in the box and unfortunately there was a washer missing, but other than that the chairs themselves are fantastic and they look lovely along side my large glass dining table. Delivery was also quicker than they stated so that was a bonus.

These chairs arrived early, and left on the driveway, no notification that they had been delivered, but we weren't fair away. One seat was damaged but replacement sent straight away, quite impressed with the service from the manufacturer.

Do not be put off by self assembly these chairs are easy to assemble, and less than half the price of one assembled chair, they are sturdy very well priced. a bargain
